Dr Heywood has amazing etiquette and professionalism. He took the time to answer all of my questions, and didn’t make me feel rushed in the slightest bit. I’ve been seeing Dr Heywood for about 5 years and appreciate how efficient and effective he and his staff are. Very kind and knowledgeable. Today by an x-ray, I learned I have knee arthritis. For now, I’m glad to get a cortisone injection and delay a total knee replacement. Going hiking this summer! Highly recommend!

After The usual hourlong wait clearly Dr H was Short of Time and not interested in my circumstance. Meaning how I manage pain, Meds lifestyle. Advise sounded “canned”. No Time for explanation or inquiry.
