Dr. Christine Schaffer, DO

I have been seeing Dr. Schaffer for the past year. I have had different primary care physicians in the past and Dr. Schaffer was the first Dr. that took the time to fully evaluate address my needs. Upon the first visit with her, I explained my concerns and she then referred me to a great specialist for diagnosis. After she received the results of my evaluation from the specialist she began my medication regiment and has continued to closely monitor my progress. She has always been very receptive to my wants and needs. I would highly recommend Dr. Schaffer and I have recommended to others. It is easy to set appointments and she is quick to get you in. Her staff is so polite and friendly. If you are looking for a new physician - go and see Dr. Schaffer.

I have been seeing Dr Schaffer for nearly 4 years. She is always very caring and patient with my questions. She always takes action and treats every concern like it is important. Im now expecting and plan on using her for all of my OB needs and will also use her as my babies doctor.

Dr Schaffer has been my family's doctor for the last 4 years. She has been caring and observant each time my sons come in for their appointments, asking them questions also instead of just focusing on what I say about them. When I was with my son at his physical I let her know of pain I had been having in my chest. She immediately called for an EKG and had me at a stress test the next day. She has never acted like any complaint of ours is too small to address. My husband's health is immensely better after she diagnosed him with diabetes and has been treating him ever since. His neuropathy is gone and his blood sugar is under control. Any time I have had an urgent need I have gotten an appointment the same day. She's well worth the time spent with her. I would recommend this doctor to anyone!

This doctor did not want to renew a synthyroid script until she returned from vacation. Then expected this patient to pay (out of pocket) for a thyroid test that was going to be bad because this patient would have been over two weeks without meds. The whole point of the test is to check that patients are on correct dose of meds. This doctor in my experience is not worth the money I now have to pay for my visit. Enjoy the overpayment because it is the last you will get from this now ex-patient.
