I broke my left hand (2 bones). Dr. Breen repaired the bones and pinned. His follow ups were excellent. Very thorough and explained everything clearly. Could not ask for a better surgeon. All appointments were on time and quick.

Amazing!! Broke my tibia. I’m lucky he just happened to be at the hospital to do my operation. All surgeons should follow his protocol :)

Dr. Breen was my first surgeon I ever had and he truly set the bar high. He gave me all my options, even ones that were not surgical and did not make me feel like surgery was my only option. I recently had a left index finger surgery. Dr Breen was my Orthopaedic surgeon attending provider an Surgeon. He went in and cleaned it out. Felt comfortable with his craft. Dr Breen did a great job. Thank you Dr Breen. Professional for sure!

Dr. breen treats you like a person and not an object like other Dr.s we have seen there on Grape St. Hes friendly and considerate and honest! Very nice Dr. Overall. We have schedule our next appt with him because the other surgeons on that office really tear a person down. Dr. Breen gives honest advixe but also hope for a normal future

Dr. Breen is amazing I would recommend him to anyone who needs orthopedic services. He make sure that you feel comfortable about your surgery and everything post up is there to help you and make sure you’re as comfortable as possible he is amazing and I would recommend him to anyone??

Dr Breen was the best I could ask for. I had an accident and tore the knee cap off. He assured me that although a serious injury, he would bring it back to as close to normal as possible. His schedule of rest and therapy was tops, I am back to work and doing activities again. Very personable and professional.

Dr. Breen i must say is above excellence he is without a doubt A1 in my book. What a Doctor should be truly great.

I must say that I was sorry to see that Dr. Breen left the Woonsocket, RI area. for the past several years I had major knee issues. Dr. Breen treated them and was fantastic in every way. First, I found him to be very concerned with me and my knees. He always was very professional and caring. He was always pleasant and caring. One of the best doctors I have dealt with.

Dr. Breen clearly enjoys what he does and has been key in my path to recovery. Being injured while practicing the sport of Roller Derby for which I am so passionate about was a huge detriment to me. From pre-op to current Dr. Breen has been very compassionate and straight forward. Unrestricted contact with him regarding questions or concerns during my recovery was comforting. He has shown a sincere concern for my overall well being. Importantly, Dr. Breen has been a very positive factor in attaining my goals of getting back into skates and on the track ASAP!!!

During a recent stay at Landmark Hospital, I learned that Dr. Breen moved his practice to New Bedford. I want to tell everyone that this is the biggest loss to Landmark, and New Bedford's greatest gain!! Two years ago, Dr. Breen did bilateral knee replacements for my Dad, and I can tell you all for sure, Dr. Breen didn't just operate, he performed a miracle. My Dad had been in severe pain for several years with complete bone-on-bone knees. The quality of his life was amounting to nothing more than "suffering" with the pain and "frustration" at not being able to be even minimally active. My Dad could barely walk into Dr. Breen's office for his first appointment and less than one year later, he was enjoying, pain free, the hunting, fishing, biking, and all other activities that he had not been able to do for years. I also want to mention that even though my Dad lives in Maine, I would not even consider any other surgeon. I have worked in the medical field for 20+ years in both RI and Boston hospitals, and I can tell you by first-hand account that Dr. Breen's skills, expertise and manner cannot be duplicated. My many thanks to you again Dr. Breen!

Dr. Breen & P.A. Breelin Shea are a step above the rest when it came to caring for me. In going to the local E.R. for both ankles broken, when my son heard that I needed surgery he wanted me transfered to a "Boston Hospital Orthopedic Surgeon". I did not want to have my family traveling 62 miles back and forth to Boston. I was EXTREMELY BLESSED to have Dr. Breen & P.A. Shea they were more than my family I ever expected to be! Caring, Respectful,Attentive to our questions & concerns. There is NO NEED TO GO TO BOSTON!!!! They are BETTER THAN ANY OTHER DOCTOR that I've encountered in my 61 years of seeing Doctors.

i was supposed to see the other dr at 84 grape st he was all booked. dr breen said he would see me. i was very impressed with him he took great care of me. his staff was awesome and it made a very bad time for me much better. i would recomend him to anyone.

My 88 year old Mom broke her hip and rushed to a local hospital that we don't use. I asked for a list of orthopedic surgeons and I was told by more than one person Dr. Breen is excellent. We asked for him and he took my Mom's surgery (he was leaving for a trip at the time) but he made time. He worked fast and explained everything to me which made me feel comfortable. My Mom did well with the surgery, he is an excellent Doctor.
