The care I receive from Dr. Burks, Brittany and the staff are exceptional. The clinic is professional and makes me feel comfortable.

This was my first time ever having any kind of surgery and Dr. Burks made me feel relaxed from the first visit until the last.I could sense that he was not just trying to make money from me but that he was truly concerned about my health. I also enjoyed working with his staff,all good people.????

Excellent attention to my problems

1st visit he seemed to be kinda in a hurry. Then 2nd time he was slow talking & good mood and in a nice tone explained my surgery. just great bedside manner. Had my neck surgery and couldn’t do it because of my anatomy of my neck. So he stopped didn’t go any further because it could have caused damage. So I’m going to have it done again but with a ENT surgeon to assist to insure dr Burks is satisfied with a great outcome. But I have to say wearing this neck brace for 2 weeks is very uncomfortable but if dr Burks says it’s what I have to do , I’m doing it. Overall so far a 4.5 out of 5… maybe afternoon surgery a 5!!!

Dr. Burks was on time and didn’t make me wait. He listened to my concerns and explained different treatment options. He adjusted my physical therapy exercises as well. He made me feel at ease and wasn’t trying to rush me out the door. All and all I’m glad I choose him.

The services that I received from my physician and staff has been excellent. I found Dr. Burks and his staff to be friendly, engaging, professional and they ensured that I was properly informed about my health and plan of care. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for his patients. I found him to be a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. If I had to complain about anything it would have to be that no one from the office followed up to inform me of the results from the physician that he referred me to prior to scheduling surgery.

For my first visit with Dr. Burks, I found him to be very attentive. He listened to me and my concerns about my neck, associated pain, and care plan. He was prompt with getting me in for the MRI and therapy needed for diagnosis and pain relief; as I received a call from both departments the same day. Had the MRI that same morning and scheduled recommended therapy that afternoon. I felt confident that he understood the urgency and concerns I had about the pain and treatment plan. Thank you Dr. Burks.
