3rd surgery because of dr fabricant

I had a second surgery 6 Months after the first one. Let me explain what dr fabricant did wrong. 1. He said I didn’t have endometriosis - second surgery I had stage 3 endometriosis 2. He left me with excessive fluid. He said it was from an ovarian cyst. Second surgery the fluid wasn’t from the ovarian cyst like Dr fabricant said. I had a 4 cm endometrial cyst which is filled with blood. I had my last ovary removed. 3. Dr fabricant did appendectomy because adhesions wrapped all over it. -second surgery. Found I had appendix stump left behind from Dr fabricant (GI Dr said how did he make that mistake) 4. Dr fabricant did NOT take pictures of my surgery to show myself or Husband. Second surgery. He took pictures of my surgery. 5. Dr fabricant is not a general Surgeron. Do not have him touch your bowels or appendix. Second surgery dr had a general surgeon come inside the room Is dr fabricant a good dr- no. Is dr fabricant compassionate - no Is dr fabricant understanding - no He will embarrass you. He will treat you badly if he is in his mood He is a cold person. His ego is so badly damaged. I think if he treats his patients badly he would Do the same for his staff. I Wish I followed my gut feeling. Unfortunately nothing I can do now. He made me feel so bad when he screwed up. It was only because he got hurt on the roller coaster ride. I had to go through so much and treated so poorly. It’s not right.

Dr. Fabricant is an excellent doctor. He is very thorough and takes his time to speak to you about your medical conditions and clearly explains how he can help. He performed surgery to correct another doctors mistake. He was meticulous and precise. I was scared after having a previous botched surgery and am beyond thankful that he was able to help. It has been life changing. The entire staff in his office is fantastic!

Within the first minute of meeting Dr. Fabricant he made a joke about suicide. He then drew about 20 pictures of the female anatomy as if I was an idiot who has never seen or learned about my own body before. During my 20 minute wait in the patient room, I strongly considered just running out and leaving. He then proceeded to attempt to uncomfortably jam a catheter in me, which didn't work out. The medication he prescribed me worked, but aside from that, the experience was awful and kind of creepy. I asked my OBGYN if she would be willing to give me a refill on my prescription because I was terrified of going back.

I am so glad I had this surgery. Dr. Fabricant was excellent with the testing and deciding on what was causing my issues and how to fix them. He was very thorough in explaining what the procedure was and what to expect during recovery.The office staff was also exceptional. I did have a few questions post-op and they answered my questions or had the Dr call me. They were very easy to work with. The surgery worked and I am so happy I had it. I wish I would have done it years ago! Thank you Dr. Fabricant!

I am so angry with this man. My first visit with him was good. He seemed to care. I had surgery and ever since surgery something is wrong that I have been in so much pain. I have called his nurses 2,4,6 weeks post-op. I was told the first 4 weeks it was normal. I have pain when I have a bowel movement or urinate. I never had that. When I called dr fabricant nurse 7 weeks post op, she tried to contact dr fabricant. I never got a call. She texted him. I Never got a call. I figured I just wait until I saw him in his office. I ended up calling his service a week before my appointment. He seemed like he would get bottom of it. WEll, the office visit was a different story. He walks in opens the file. He looks what I felt before my surgery. He said what do I feel now. I said after the recovery I had this pain. He shut me up and said STOP TALKING ABOUT THE RECOVERY AND TELL ME WHAT YOU ARE FEELING NOW.! I started crying. He was extremely defensive. I said I had a cat scan. He said why would you do that I would tell you what was wrong with you. I have an excessive amount of fluid in my pelvis. he said it is nothing and it is from an ovarian cyst. He kept wanted me to say pain is the same as before surgery. I Kept saying it is not the same. I was hysterical crying. He never stopped to say to show some compassion. He was completely arrogant. He said the pain is from my back. I found someone to help me and said I should not have so much fluid. I do not get how a doctor can have such a big ego. Maybe I did not heal right or maybe something else going on. He does not care. He cares only for himself. He is pretending to care when you meet him. He really is a terrible man. Now I have to repeat this again. Do not go to him. Some of the reviews are bogus and some are not. I just know that I did not deserve the way he acted towards me. I can say I wish I never met the man. The worse part is after the nurse left the room, He read me the consent I signed before had the surgery, as I am sitting half naked and crying my eyes out. I really wish I walked out. Good luck if you choose him as your surgeon

There is so much I can say but for now I will not. He is extremely arrogant. I am worse off- much much worse off. Go to a different urogyn. Trust me. He is not the person he seems.

Dr Fabricant is an amazing doctor. He is very thorough and truly concerned about my condition. He had an excellent bedside manner during my visit in the hospital. Dr Fabricant explained to my husband everything clearly and gave him a thorough description of what was done during surgery. Dr Fabricant was also very thorough during my office visits with him as well. He helped me understand my condition and I left his office knowing I was in good hands. Dr Fabricant continued to follow up on my care after leaving the hospital. He made me feel comfortable knowing he was still there if I needed anything or if I was at all worried about anything. I will forever be grateful he is my doctor. I highly recommend Dr Fabricant to everyone.

Dr. Fabricant did surgery on me for a prolapse bladder.He explained to me in detail what had to be done. He took his time to make me feel comfortable. He was highly recommended to me and i could see why after meeting him i was very satisfied . I am 71 years old and have had surgery's in the past which left a lot of scar tissue for him to deal with as well as with my appendix . This is why my surgery was so long. He did not leave any thing undone. He truly cares about his patience's and is why i would highly recommend him to anyone i know . I would rate him one of the best !!!! I went to Dr Fabricant because of his outstanding expertise.He was kind and compassionate and I felt at ease and thoroughly confident about having Dr Fabricant do my surgery. He takes his time and answered all my questions and concerns. I feel really great after my surgery. There is no doubt in my mind that I had made the right choice to move forward with a hysterectomy... and that I had Dr Fabricant perform the surgery. He takes his time during surgery to make sure everything is done right. That was very important to me. If I have any more issues I will certainly return to have it taken care of. I highly recommended Dr Fabricant!

Dr Fabricant combines his outstanding expertise with kindness and compassion. He made me feel confident, comfortable and completely well taken care of . My results are absolutely phenomenal!

Staff was wonderful. Dr. ..... not so much. I accompanied my mother to her doctor appointment in Neptune. "Mr". Fabricant began our meeting without a handshake (nor any eye contact) as walked in the room and sat directly behind at his desk. This showed us had no respect for me or my 80 year old Mother. He made my mother feel very nervous and uncertain as she described her history to him. Basically, he made us feel like, "OK, now get to the point as to why you are here." He was very arrogant and down right condescending. Dr. Fabricant needs to take a class in social skills. He honestly reminded me of the character Dr. Romano from ER. I have never walked out of a doctor's office feeling the way I did and I will not be going back.

My surgery took a long time because there was so much to do.He obviously took his time and that's what a patient wants from her doctor. I feel confident in recommending him to others.

Dr. Fabricant did surgery on my mom. I cannot say enough good things about this man!! Jersey Shore should be ashamed of themselves!!! We new the surgery was going to be long and extensive, but the workers just complained to us on how long he takes to surgery. I want a Dr. that is not going to rush , in the care of someones loved one. He did everything he said he would,then saw others things wrong, and took care of everything right then and there without hesitation. Now my mother doesn't have to go back in and have another surgery. When he was done he came out explained everything that was done answered all our questions with compassion. I will recommend this Dr. to everyone I know. Thank Dr. Fabricant from the bottom of my Heart!!!

Ia'm so happy with the surgery . he is wonderful .

I found Dr.Fabricant to be patient and informative, speaking in layman' terms regarding a complicated surgery that he was going to perform. The surgery itself was lengthy and he does not rush his surgeries in order to "get more performed - $$$". I had to wait an additional time after my scheduled time for surgery because the patient's surgery before me became more complicated. I didn't mind because I would want my doctor to take the same extra time with me if needed.

Puts you at ease for and uncomfortable situation listens well and has saved my life.

Best doctor I've ever had, takes time with you, is patient with you if he thinks you might need surgery, he will not do it unless it's absolutely 100% necessary!!

DR. Christopher Fabricant is the most caring and gentle doctor..If you are a woman you know how hard it is to find a doctor with his specialty.. He and his staff were very easy to talk to and understanding. I am pleased to refer him to anybody. I hope my comments help someone else to make the right choice . if it was possible to give him 10 stars i would.
