Dr is great. His main nurse is no longer with him and it shows. The other nurse doesn’t care like Amanda did. No compassion no reassurance that everything will be ok. I am sad now. It’s nice to have a nurse that cares as much as your Dr.

I woke up from neck surgery cured!! Best surgeon every, he gave me my life back. He is very thorough and went over every detail. His office staff is amazing. I highly recommend for all your surgical neck and back issues.

I had a bad feeling after my first appointment was scheduled for 10:00 am and they told me to be there half an hour early. so being a good compliant patient I arrived at 9:30. dr. hume did not arrive until a few minutes after 12:00 noon. a 2 and a half hour wait. then he proceeded to tell me he saw nothing wrong with me and there was nothing he could do about my back pain. and when I asked him what was causing my back pain he replied my shoulder injury., huh? he made me feel about as wanted as a case of shingles. ouch

It has been two years since Dr. Hume did my back surgery. I personally would recommend him!! He did an excellent job on my surgery and at every appointment he listened and cared! I think he is awesome and one heck of a Dr.

Dr. Hume replaced my c5-c6 with an artificial disc. Immediately after surgery I was worried because the pain was not completely gone, but he assured me it would take time for the nerves to regrow. So, I did physical therapy, etc. Pain never fully went away, and a year and a half later it is all (pain, stiffness, weakness) starting to come back. This is a sign of a failed surgery, so I followed their advice and called since something had changed. No answer, just voice mail. Left a message. Next day was nearly done and no call back, so I called again. Same thing, left a message. Been a week now, and they've never answered the phone, and never called me back. I'm out a ton of money, and probably going to have to find another doctor to fix this.

Had been experiencing neck, back and hip issues. Had to wait not less than two hours per visit. On my last visit as I was still in pain, he looked at my xrays, MRIs,etc, he stood up and said "I don't know what's wrong." I asked him what he meant by he did know. He stated once again he didn't know what was wrong and walked out of the exam room. He provided no suggestions, no further exams, etc. So, I've got to try out what's wrong on my own. Combined with the waiting to see him and his lack of professionalism, I would never recommend him.

I would like to thank Dr. Hume and his staff for being so caring. I haven't felt that comfortable with a doctor for a very long time. Dr. Hume looks you in the eyes and listens. He is very caring and personable. Thank you for all of your help. God bless.

He is a nice Doctor and has good bedside behavior. I think he did an excellent job on my neck in 2012. And at other times when I've seen him he was very patient with me.

After waiting for more than 2 1/2 hrs. P.A. walked into examination room at 5:30pm and in less than 5 min, bluntly stated to my wife that she could not see a reason for her to be in pain. Never went over MRI scan with her. We asked about another test we had heard of, She said do you mean a discogram, and we said yes, She stepped out of office and back in, said that was a reasonable request and for us to look the procedure up on the Internet to decide if my wife wanted to have the test done, and that their office would be contacting her to schedule a appointment and she could tell them then if she wanted to have the test done. End of visit.

He did more harm then good. He cares more about the money then the patient. He treated me under my own insurance, and then on Medicaid. And then stopped caring for Medicaid patients.

Beware of that he'll give you the answers you're looking for to cure your pain. Upfront he will do what he says, but after a few years, he'll turn from you because the insurance he once accepted (Medicaid) is no longer accepted by Dr Hume, even though you arestill under his care(Pre-OP) he'll tell there's nothing more I can do for you, but when you get other insurance, CALL ME! BEWARE!!! After 4 surgeries from Dr Wonder, I am in worse condition then before The first surgery. Thanks for ruining my life.

This guy was dressed like a cowboy. He had hair plugs. There was 3 other people that got there the same time I did..it's like they squished 3 appointments altogether. He raced in said there was nothing wrong with me and signed a couple papers then left. I was very disappointed I had wasted my time with him. Not a good DR and terrible staff.

To start the first review is 100% correct same happend to me because .i came in on workmans comp he rushed me out with no help at all not even an awser about anything i ask him , i feel as if he care more about me returning to work then me getting better first . So bad dr still in alot of pain .
