Doctor Maxwell carefully explained the procedure, risks and benefits thoroughly before my procedure. He put me at ease immediately. His entire team was amazing.

I liked Dr. Maxwell as a person. Was trying to give me a diagnosis. Never quite got one though, and schedulin is a nightmare with his office. Office staff is unsympathetic with ill patients. Had a terrible experience in all with his office. Would not recommend going to them.

Great doc. Health issues tend to be awkward for me but this wasn't at all. Doc explained the possibilities of the potential issues and possible treatments.

Dr. Maxwell was very thorough and the results of this procedure were amazing. I felt better the minute I woke up from the anesthesia. I highly recommend him, his staff, and this procedure.

Dr. Maxwell spent a lot of time with me to get to know me and not just my symptoms. I felt he was interested in my overall well being. While we talked he entered pertinent information into my electronic file so he could provide me with useful notes to take home. The staff were kind and personable, too. Great facility, easy to get to (St. Mark's location). Overall, excellent experience!

My nurse, Jennifer, and Dr. Maxwell made this an easy, trouble free procedure. I felt well taken care of, no question went unanswered and Dr. Maxwell was thorough in the information he gave me before and after the procedure.

I was incredibly impressed with Dr Maxwell. A very friendly, engaging man who seemed genuinely interested in my general well-being as well as the problem I was there to see him about. It felt very easy talking to him and unlike many other doctors he didn't just want to make some money and give me the most expensive treatment or tests. Am very happy that I chose to see him and the facility was also very pleasant.

Dr Maxwell took time to make sure he understood my needs and then thoroughly explained treatment options. He never rushed any part of our conversation and provided valuable input for me to consider as I made a treatment decision.

The office staff was very attentive and worked together as a team. I really appreciated their concern and double checking to make sure everything was done right and the right test was being performed. Thanks for your friendly, kind and uplifting attitudes and attention. It made my day better.

This is the second endoscopy in 6 weeks due to some complications. Dr. Maxwell is THE BEST. The procedure is actually comfortable. His manner relaxes you to begin with and I know exactly what to expect. Results were immediate and prescribed action was given right after I awoke.

Chris spent a solid hour discussing my issues, I've NEVER had a doctor spend that much time with me, and I've had a lot of excellent physicians in my time. He also showed himself to be quite a people person where we were able to talk about things other than my ailments. I hope to have him as my GI doc for a long time to come.

I arrived at 10:00am to check-in -- My approintment was scheduled for 11:00am -- Dr Maxwell was running late, therefore I was ready for my colonscopy at 12:00noon. The staff was very kind and helpful in getting expecially Jeri, my nurse. I appreciated Dr Maxwell going over everything with me before so I knew to expect. Afterwards, Dr Maxell shared with me the good news that everything went well and that I would not need to have another colonscopy because of my age. I appreciated his professional and caring service.

I saw dr. Maxwell for a consultation. I have had pain for the last couple months. I went to the ER 5 times in a month and no one had any answers for me. I'd walk out with more medicine and no diagnosis. Dr. Maxwell changed that in a matter of minutes for me. I was able to figure out what's wrong with me and know my treatment in about 20 minutes. The staff made me feel like I had been there a million times when it was my first time. I felt like dr. Maxwell knew what he was talking about and wasn't just brushing me off. He took the time to listen to me and my symoptoms and give me a diagnosis. He couldn't put a scope into my stomach just in case but he didn't because he knew I didn't need it. he insisted I come back with any questions, if the surgeon doesn't remove my gallbladder, or if the pain doesn't stop after the surgery. this small gesture really made me feel secure in his knowledge and in him as a doctor in general. This was the first time I got an answer about what's wrong with me. And I couldn't have asked for anything more.

I arrived on time to no line. I was asked to fill out my paperwork and all went great. I was called back to prepare for my procedure and it was all AHEAD of time. The nurse was very accommodating for me and my wife. I was taken back to the procedure room and Dr. Maxwell explained everything that would take place, answered my questions. I was made comfortable and put to sleep. When I awoke all was done, I had NO adverse issues and recovery was quick and easy. This was one of the easiest procedures that I have had and both Dr. Maxwell and the nurse made it very simple and calm.

Great doctor, concerned, listens, asks questions, smart but humble, good office We did wait longer than preferred but the doctor was very apologetic. We could have been moved ahead of another late patient but that's not the physician's fault, more the office manager. My family sees other doctors at this clinic as well and we are quite satisfied with the professional, knowledgable and good people skills of the physicians.
