Couldn’t have asked for a nicer orthopedic surgeon. Worked in OR for 45 years and went to Rothman after retirement. Everyone I came in contact with both at Bryn Mawr and the Malvern office couldn’t have been more professional and a joy to work with and see every week . Would like to thank the Outpatient staff at Bryn Mawr and the PT staff ( Michelle and Betty Ann) . Would highly recommend Rothman for surgery and PT . Thanks for everything from a retired OR employee

Dr Jones is very friendly and caring. I had endoscopic carpal tunnel surgery with just a local anesthetic and watched it on what looked like a tv screen. There was no pain at all cause he even put numbing medicine on the area where the needle would go in to numb my whole hand. The pain, burning and most of the numbness I had was gone immediately. I would highly recommend having this procedure done by Dr Jones. I hardly have a scar and doc said to moisturize it so the scar will fade even more. ??

Dr. Jones is truly an Angel that was sent in my time of need and care. I experience a car accident that fractured my dominant hand and wrist. He provided my surgery, I experienced nerve damage shortly after. My ring finger and pinky went completely numb and I wasn’t able to extend my fingers (claw fingers). Dr. Jones scheduled me immediately for an EKG and surgery to decompress my ulnar nerve and hand. It’s was a rough 6 months thus far. But I’m happy to say, I have 90% of feeling back in my fingers, they completely extend now. And my strength and mobility is getting better daily. I feel great! I cannot thank Dr. Jones and his team enough for my wonderful care. His assistant Donna is amazing as well!! I’m very happy that God chose Dr. Jones to help me. He is truly a blessing and have a special gift.

Dr. Jones is an excellent surgeon, he has operated on me twice and both times have been a wonderful experience. From his office staff to his surgery staff everyone is top notch. Appointments with Dr. Jones have never been rushed, he always takes the time to hear me out and explain. His assistant Donna is also wonderful, from completing my FMLA papers efficiently and timely to being available to answer questions. What a great team at Rothman. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Dr. Jones. He is a very knowledgeable and skilled surgeon with excellent bedside manners. His office staff is extremely courteous and professional. Appointments were always available when I needed one.

Other than the long wait time (about 25 minutes), Dr. Jones was excellent. He took care of my son twice now. Honest, sincere, and great bedside manner. Tops!

A victim of a slide on the ice, I was transported to the Bryn Mawr ER. It was determined that I had a compound fracture of my left wrist and ulna. The pain was severe. I was given IV pain meds and was comfortable waiting for an "unknown" doctor. Dr. Jones finally appeared and spent a good amount of time explaining the extent of my injury and what had to be done. I was "bedazzled" by his great smile and sparkle in his eyes. Even though he had been in surgery all day, he was gentle and took time to answer all of my questions. I felt very calm as I would be facing surgery the next day. He continued to be caring before and after my surgery. Even after several office visits, he was never rushed and gave me all the time I needed. I would certainly recommend him for his surgical competence and the ability to see the whole patient, not just the injured body part.
