Rarely will you find a doctor of this quality.A true exception to the rule ,he is the kind of person that whatever he chose to do would do well. a great comfort to me he is the doctor .We are all better off thanks to him. Everybody I told to see him has been as pleased as myself.I don't think he knows how much he helps us.He's not just a doctor,He's the doctor.

Me and my husband have been seeing Dr. Dawson for a couple of years now. Every time one of us go in for a visit, it seems like he not only judges us, but he comes off so ARROGANT!!! He knows so much more about our individual body ( or so he thinks!) than we do. No matter what we suggest or think might be going on, he just puts what we say aside, and wants to refer us to 100 other Dr.s or give us several "trial type" pills!! Seriously, use medication that's been around for 20 years or so, I don't want to find out next week what I've been taking is now on the 1-800-bad drug commercial!!!! Also, it's very RUDE to think that you're so much smarter and better than other people just because they look or talk differently than you, or maybe they don't come off as EDUCATED as yourself! And don't worry we won't be back!! Have a great day! I only gave you one star because I had to put something there! If you want a Dr. to listen and does NOT judge, find someone else!!!!!

I liked Dr. Dawson until he let his office staff run the show then he dumped me good doctor that lets a young receptionist run the show.

Best doctor experience. He and his nurse were warm and professional. I went because of a cough I had had for months. He treated this and took time to take care of my overall health in general.

Dr. Dawson is the most caring, compassionate doctor I have ever seen. He's very patient, friendly and thorough, always making sure every base is covered and that I understand my diagnosis and medication. His nurse is always very sweet and personable, too, and the receptionists always get me right in. I highly recommend Dr. Dawson and this wonderful office.

He helped me with all my medical issues. I have panic disorder and he has been so caring in my diagnose. I even have his email, and he calls me!! I don't relate well with doctors but he has changed my mind all together.

Dr. DawsonGave me exactly what I needed for my sinus infection and started me on some Nasal drops that have worked extremely well in preventing my allergies from kicking up.
