With Dr. Cox you're in the best care ever. Office Staff is very kind and friendly and helpful. Callbacks are quick, wait time is short. All around very pleased.

I saw Dr. Cox on a surgery consult. He is extremely detailed. He had already spoke to my GI doctor and had reviewed my records (and I have very lengthy records!). He was extremely pleasant and professional. He discussed all options with me and told me he was going slow and deliberate with my case (I am very, very complicated). I walked away with complete confidence in him. I have been to several different surgeons and doctors. I consider myself somewhat very adept at reading doctors that has come with much experience. There is no doubt in my mind he is one of the very best! I was highly recommend him with complete confidence.

He has a great bedside manner and is direct when discussing his plan & recommendations. I really appreciate Dr. Cox and his staff. I would recommend him to anyone.

I am now 4 weeks after surgery by Dr Cox. My experience with him in before care, surgery and after care gave me confidence that I received the best of care. I am up out of bed walking and eating a regular diet under his direction.

refuses to deal with any type of complications. Makes it impossible to get in and see him if you’re having any kind of trouble. And if you complain they dismiss you from the practice leading to follow up In emergency rooms and with other doctors that are hesitant to get involved. Total nightmare forever damaged a year later

I found the office staff to be completely cold and rude. Never received a person directly when calling the office, unless I pressed 0. Long turnaround time for calls returned. Dr. Cox does not have a compassionate bedside manner so if that is what you are looking for, look elsewhere. My pain concerns were overlooked and I was consistently made to feel like I was whining and a problem patient. First episode that was ignored wound me in the ER with an E coli infection. We know our bodies and need to listen to them , regardless of whether a doctor thinks otherwise. After having a chemo port installed with serious pain, I was again told to relax. 2 weeks later, another surgeon was called in to remove the first port and install another as my chemo treatment was being delayed. Unnecessary surgeries and a very long period of recovery that all doctors say was unwarranted.

I have seen Dr Cox and his physician assistant on numerous occasions. I am completely satisfied with his care. I am especially glad that he offers pelvic pain physical therapy right in his office.

Dr. Cox is kind and empathetic. Professional. However, the office staff is sub par and the billing department has made numerous mistakes. I even received a bill today for service from 10 months ago that I have already made at least 2 paid in full payments. Do not trust the billing/insurance department!

Dr. Cox was able to diagnose and fix a problem that two other gastroenterologists were unable to find. This problem gave me significant pain for over a year prior to finding Dr. Cox. He corrected the issue with a minor surgery and i am pain free for five years now.

Dr.Cox is awesome and I would highly recommend him. He did my surgery in 2002. He explained all the risks to me. He is an honest doctor. He made no promises but gave me all the facts. Yes, I would use him again if I needed too!
