Dr. Laura Ispas, MD

Dr. Ispas is incredibly thorough in reaching a diagnosis. One of the best doctors with whom I have ever engaged. She gets my highest rating.

Dr Ispas and her staff are super nice! I love coming to see them and get my weekly shots. They all make every effort to show that I am important as a patient. Even when they are very busy they still take the time to smile and be friendly. I would definetly recommend this allergy office.

I came in contact with Allergy Asthma Institute by chance and my first impression created by all was great! Very interactive and flexible with scheduling and changing appointments. The treatment was helpful and I am having so far the best spring with regard to my allergies. I forgot to mentioned I started allergy shots close to a year ago. My friends are suffering with allergies now and I am almost symptoms free!

I switched my son to Dr. Ispas almost a year ago. His quality of life improved significantly. Now after a combination of meds including a medication called Xolair and allergy shots he is asthma is very well controlled and spring allergies were minimum this year. All staff wonderful and kind and always willing to help.

My wife and I like this place very much. The staff is so positive, warm and friendly, treatment received is bar none. Keep up the great work Dr. Laura! Thanks for your great care. We would recomand you guys to anyone in a heartbeat!

Excellent! Having moved to Leesburg last year I was looking for a new Allergist and based on a review I decided to see Dr. Ispas. So glad I did. Receptionist was very friendly and easy to schedule appointments, lots of good hours and timeslots as well. The office is very convinient in a nice building with many good doctors. The doctor was very through and I never felt rushed. Seems like a good allergy practice. Thanks to Yelp reviewers for steering me here in the right direction!

This was our first visit and the Doctor was gracious and took a lot of time to learn about my allergy issues. I had bounced around the past couple of years trying to find a great doctor, and I think I have finally done it! The staff was also friendly and nice.

Good solid medical care and efficient allergy practice. Doctor is pleasant and professional yet friendly. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Dr. Ispas was highly recomanded by my ENT and I am very pleased with my care. I would highly recomand to anyone who needs a good allergist.

Hands down the best Allergist ! I just moved from Ohio and had to quickly find a new allergist in Leesburg. I looked online and read the reviews for Dr. Ispas and called for an appointment. I was able to make an appointment for the next day. From the receptionist to the nurses to the Doctor all are wonderful ! The place is very busy and in high demand but was full of positive energy. Got a detailed treatment plan and more time was spent on discussing my food allergies then I ever got before! I was quite impressed! Cannot wait to return next week for more testing! I truly appreciate the good medical care.

Had a great experience with Dr. Ispas. She easily handled my 4 year old and myself. Her diagnosis and recomandations were spot on. We did have a bit of wait today as the office was very busy but in general we are seen timely. They offered coloring books and lollypops and made our visit all in all a great experience. I highly recomand them to all my friends.

I am happy that I found them after searching on the Internet for a nearby allergist. I called and they got me in today for a consultation at 5 pm ! It helped me to avoid missing work, get immediate medical attention and perhaps avoided an emergency room visit tonight. Staff and Dr. Ispas were respectful and kind. I will return soon for more testing.

I rarely write reviews, but when I have something good to share I do try to do so! I found Dr. Ispas after I searched and read her reviews on many websites. She is very friendly and also a good listener and charming. She also seem to like a holistic approach as well. I was very ill and she actually called me after hours to make sure I was doing well. Dr. Laura is absolutely amazing! She has so much passion for what she does and sincere care for her patients. I also like very much her nurse practitioner Jill. They both make a great team ! I came first, then I brought my two kids, and then my husband and my Mother! We all like this office and the medical care we receive !
