I have had several telemedicine visits with this Doctor and she is always kind and very helpful.

Dr. Kwende was very professional and friendly. We discussed my bronchitis and she prescribed just the right meds to help me. I would highly recommend her.

I had set up a virtual visit through my insurance and this individual accepted my request. I have a cold, I have been fighting and made a virtual appointment to avoid getting others sick and exposing myself to anything potentially catching something else when my immune is clearly weak. She was very short and rude. Did not give me an opportunity to explain and when I objected to her diagnosis she hung up on me. She was very unprofessional and more concerned about being right than my wellbeing. Individuals like this should not be practicing medicine and/or overseeing the welfare of people. I filed a complaint with my insurance company.

Hello, first I want to say that I am glad that your website exists, we (patients) needs something like this. Sadly, the searching is not up to speed, if I select a hospital affiliation (awesome feature!) and then compare a couple of doctors things fall apart. First, the "compare" information is not really helpful, I'm not sure what dimensions of a decision you are trying to highlight for me, but other than distance the "compare" seems to not be overly valuable. Nonetheless, I'm going back to the list again and realize the hospital affiliation is broken. W.T.F. I have to select all the "Baylor Hospitals" again? Anyways, truly I'm trying to be constructive because your website concept is awesome. Keep at it! Have a great day.
