Rude. No bedside manner.

Can't compliment this doctor and staff enough!! Excellent in every way from promptness and courteous treatment every step of the way. Extremely knowledgeable and explained procedure thoroughly.

I've had the greatest experience with Dr. Sullivan. This is the surgeon you want! Let me tell you why you need him as your surgeon. First, I had no pain at all from the needle to numb to the day after the procedure. Dr. Sullivan called the next day to be sure I was doing okay and in no pain. He was compassionate, caring an explained what he was doing during the whole procedure. I felted comfortable and had no anxiety at all. His staff is amazing as well. They make you feel like you are part of their family. Okay lets just say you will have a beautiful smile thanks to an amazing Doctor and kind hearted staff. What are you waiting for give him a call he's worth the wait.

consultation and tooth extraction

Arrogant, callous, brash and solely profit centered. Very self-impressed snob who even demeans colleagues. Patient needs are ignored, downplayed or dismissed. Interpersonal skills are deplorable and at times very unprofessional.

Dr. Sullivan and his staff offer excellent patient care. From the moment I walked into his office I was met his kind, friendly, and professional care. I recommend his Pasadena office to anyone who want to be receive excellent care!

Dr. Placed implant on the same day bone grafting was done which should not be recommended.; hence, major problems with infections and eventually loss of all bones in the upper jaw. Dr. Was more than glad to take the cash payment, but unwilling to correct the problem

I could not have had a better experience, I was at college and developed a wisdom tooth infection that took my totally out of school. I came home and Dr Sullivan immediately cleared his schedule and removed my wisdom teeth painlessly. He called me the night of my surgery and was very caring throughout my treatment. I was back in school and able to resume my work and exams in 2 days...great doctor and great staff!

I hope to God after this I never need oral surgury again. Horrible experience with him and he was very unprofessional and had no compassion.

Saw this doctor in an emergency situation. Was able to get in immediately, now I see why. Who would want to schedule an appointment with this dentist. First appointment, patient was already numb from seeing regular dentist. There was still pain from the novacaine injections, even when numb. While extacting a tooth he rocked the head back and forth tearing the gum even more. No chair side manner at all, barely spoke except to say let me put your cell phone (which was off) over here, and moved it. Complications resulted from extraction. Follow up, seen immediately once again. While in extreme pain he begins injections of novacaine. Crying and shaking, left hand was raised for him to stop. He finally did and stated, "do you want me to help you or not". He was very rude, had no compassion what so ever, and was lecturing me how he knew what he was doing and how he was nice enough to fit me in, in an emergency. I asked for him to allow it to get numb before he continued, he insisted that he had to hit another nerve and waiting would not help. I stated that this was why I called my regular dentist (his demeanor), and he replied, "call him if you want, he can't do anything, and will send you right back to me". I allowed him to proceed because of the extreme pain I was in from "dry socket". Once numb he returned to the room and said "now do you want me to do this or not". I had already consented and was numb at this point and allowed him to proceed. He again was very rough in moving my jaw and pushing the packing down into the gum. I began to moan in pain and tears flowing out of my eyes. I was not completely numb and could feel the pain. He did not stop and continued until he was done. I am scheduled for outpatient surgery tomorrow and time was of the essence or I would have found another surgeon. Save yourself pain and agony and do not see him. I have since been told that his license is on the Maryland state licensing board for some type of infraction, but not sure what that is as of yet.
