Dr. Craig Evan Fichandler, MD

I have gone to Dr. Fichandler several times over the years and found him to be friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. His treatment has always worked. When I need an ENT in the future, I will feel secure in returning to him again.

Fast to the point, had a lump on neck wanted biophy, did paperwork, in and out in an hour could not ask for better !

Operated on my thyroid. Good at explaining things to me and my family. Good experience all around. Highly recommend.

The only bad thing I can say about him is that he's not a native Texan! Other than that, we love him. He saved my brother's life, and we will forever be indebted to him

FIXED MY SINUSES, BEST IN TOWN.

I had a diagnosis of thyroid cancer and was sent to him. He walked me through everything and was very open and honest about surgery. It was successful, and though it’s taken me a while to recover, I am very grateful for the experience of working with him. Office staff was fantastic too from the front desk to the nurses. I don’t wish cancer on anyone, but they made the situation the best possible scenario for this condition.

Had lots of sinus allergy stuff going on. Tried everything to get it better, nad we talked about surgery. he walked me through my cat scan and showed me what could be done. one month after surgery, I can breathe so well and feel great! I wish I'd gone to him sooner. 5 stars.

I haven't been able to breathe through my nose for many years, I don't know why I didn;t see him sooner. He explained every thing and did a good job with surgery, recovery wasnt even bad, and its been a life-changer! gOOD DOCTOR!

I haven’t been able to breathr through my nose for over 20 years. I saw Dr. Fi and we discussed the options. I never felt pressured, but I was sure nervous about surgery. Best decision I ever made. He’s gifted, not only in surgeries, but he explained things and made it clear what to expect afterwards. I don’t ever want to have surgery again, but if I do, it would be with him. I just wish he did hernias! Lol

wonderful care

Went to Memorial Herman in Houston, had a nasal telescope first thing. They also examined sinuses and the sprayed deadener in the nostrils. Fichandler never even did a telescope in my nose. The doctors at memorial could not believe I was never telescoped by Dr. Fichandler

He came highly recommended from friends. I've had difficulty with my sinuses for years, and he has finally gotten things under control. Bless him! He is pretty funny, and has a wonderful bedside manner. He has always explained things very well so that my family and I understood things. A gem!

The office staff was nice, he is very pleasant and actually treated my dad for two different things. We're very happy with him, very personable once you get to talking with him.

He has treated my mother. He may be good doctor but not great with patient care or bedside manner.

Hard to find a good doctor sometimes, particularly a specialist. He's a good one- takes his time with you, bright, and most importantly, can actually help. Helped both me and my granddaughter. Five stars.

I like Dr. Fichandler very much. He is extremely well versed in his field, and will admit when he doesn't know something, but does his research for thing. It turns out that I didn't have an ENT problem, but he was the one who was able to figure it out and start treatment while I got into the right hands! I'm very grateful for the time he took with me and his ability to help me out. 5 stars!

Dr. Fi now works in Amarillo TX, despite what the website says. His office scheduled me for the day after I called, and he fixed a nose issue I'd had for years! Both my husband and I are super grateful, and he is a really nice physician. Thanks so much!

He sees both my boys for their ear problems. He's very nice to them, makes them laugh, and he has a very caring bedside manner. Both of their ear infections haven't come back since surgery. The lady who did their hearing test is great with the kids too- very family friendly environment!

I have had 8 (yes, 8) prior sinus surgeries by doctors in this area, and came to him for an opinion on my facial pain. He actually got some of my old records, looked at old CAT scans, and was completely honest with me on being able to help me. We decided to try surgery one more time, and it worked! He was able to do what so many others haven't been able to, and for that, my husbnad and I are EXTREMELY grateful!!
