I have been a patient for 8 years and I have to say I love them. The staff are great and professional. They always get back to me ASAP. The Dr. takes his time and is VERY thorough. Some people think the world revolves around them and then get mad when they don't get there way. I cant even see them being any of those things people say! I definitely recommend his practice!

I had to do a tb shot I mentioned that on phone and they waited until I showed up before telling me they don’t do the tb shot only urgent care does and then charging me the same I would have payed for urgent care physical and shot

Dr Presuttie is a very excellent Doctor he listens to me he take time out to do his best any sickness that accursed that you did not have after he sees you and you went back to him he shows concern try to get you to get further test he never busy to listen he’s my Doctor for over 10 years and I will neve change him .

His staff is very rude, even more over the phone. He sends you to have all these tests done that have nothing related to what could be going on. Time to look for a new primary.

Staff is rude, lazy and lies to cover up their errors and laziness, and blame other providers or specialists for their incompetence - happens constantly so you know they are lying - if it were once or twice you could chalk it up to the "other guy" but . . . and, the doctor isn't that great to make me want to stay with this office.

The worst care I have ever received from a physician and his staff is lazy and rude. Doctor, nor staff, care about their patient's health or well-being. Have been out of a very important medication for 5 days because they are too lazy to fax papers back to pharmacy or to make a toll free call to insurance company. Being without this medication is extremely dangerous for me. It is a joke to call this man a physician!

I went and was examined by this doctor one time. He mis-diagnosed a condition I had in my foot. He recommended a circulation test of my foot that cost $3000.00. I still had to pay 20% ($600) for nothing. I still have the condition in my foot. I had called several months ago to make an appointment. I had to leave two voicemail messages before the secretary or nurse called me back. I have found another doctor...

This doctor does not have the required materials to perform U.S. Goast Guard physicals. His color vision test is a sub-standard Ishihara 10 plate test. The Coast Guard requires that a 14 plate test or higher be used for Coast Guard physicals. I have asked this doctor to be compliant with the requirements for Coast Guard color vision testing since 2009 it is now 2013 and they are still uncompliant. I have been billed by his office and payed his office for Coast Guard physicals since 2008 that did not meet the Coast Guard requirements for color vision testing. Also, in 2011 the assistant that performed my physical was working while sick with the flu and within 24 hours after my physical I became sick with the flu. I have no way to prove this but they offered to treat me for free and I declined. Jensen Beach Walk-in Clinic has a 24 plate Ishihara color vision test and appears to be much more professional compared to this doctor's office. Your experience might be different with this doctor. Personally, I will never use this doctor again unless they refund every bit of money I have paid for incomplete Coast Guard physicals since 2008 and they upgrade from the Ishihara 10 plate test to one that is recognized by the Coast Guard.

The staff is rude and short with the patients, I have never been treated so coldly. They make it seem like youare bothering them, I dont think any of them realize that if we as patients did not come to that doctor they wouldnt have a job. First and last time there!!

finally a family practice dr for my whole family. staff was polite and the doctor was great. And I didn't have to wait an hour to be seen!

was referred by a friend and pleasantly surprised! clean office, courteous staff, and a Doctor who really listens!!
