When Dr. Nguyen had her previous assistant my prescriptions were always early or right on time. I only go to the doctor for my annual checkup. The last two times I have gone my prescriptions have taken weeks to get the reorder, and they are not hard medications. One for blood pressure, the other for my thyroid, yet weeks before they could be filled because the doctor refused to let COSTCO know, so they could be refilled. I found myself frustrated, what if I had something more serious? I don't want to wait to have this happen again, once shame on you, twice shame on me, there will not be a third time. I am seeking someone who cares about me that i can trust.

I think Dr. Cu Nguyen is a great physician. I would have rated five stars if she were a little more "out of the box". I know she probably has to follow company protocol and that she is so by the book. I would like to see her apply Eastern or Natural path medicine.

She took both my husband and I after our former doctor turned more to a cosmetic practice rather than a medical one. She has been very caring and listens with concern. Both my husband and I are very comfortable with Dr. Nguyen and feel very fortunate to have her as our primary doctor.

Dr Nguyen listens! And she follows up even if she's not the doctor who ordered the tests.

Always in a hurry..does not listen...pooh poohs pain...."We all have pain"...no follow up after specific tests...if it relates to your pain....

I've met dr. Nguyen in person and she' really nice so I decide to call to set up an appointment with her. And it was IMPOSSIBLE. After a month of calling and leaving messages, they finally call and tell me she'll take me and my husband as new patients. Then I was so excited to call back to set up an apt. but it's been another month now that whenever I call it went straight to the office' s voice mail and no one ever call me back. Such a disappointment!

Dr. Nguyen has been my primary care physician for over 7 years and I would highly recommend her. Her Physician Assistant is great too!

I have been a patient of Dr. Nguyen for several years. I know that she is a caring person, she may sometimes be abrupt but that doesn't make her a bad Dr. She was very worried about me for a while and called me personally at home to make sure all was well.

This doctor does not get her facts straight before making a "judgment" or diagnosis. Is accusatory and belligerent without the proper information about the specific patient. "Jumps the gun." Has a tyrannical approach; even when she capitulates, she seems to need to be feisty and disagreeable about something.
