Dr. Curtis Ashley Hanson, MD

My 84 y/o father in law had his knee replaced and said it was the best decision he ever made. Dr. Hanson is amazing and patient doc who really made this experience great. Well done and thank you! He can now go on a trip back to the Philippines to see his family.

This concerns administrative staff, and not Dr. Hanson, who has been very good to my (motorcycle accident) husband. However, the "scheduler" has told me never to send any more emails (I sent two, one for clarification) and to not call back. I have been waiting for two weeks for an appointment concerning the replacement of my right knee joint. I have no idea what's going on because I am on a virtual "call block." In the meantime, I not only have agony 24/7, but I have started to fall. Again, this has nothing to do with the Doctor, but has to do with the woman who apparently holds the keys to the kingdom.

Dr Hanson falsified medical records and when brought to his attention said it was not important that the record be corrected. Issue was escalated to office management and the doctor was counseled and agreed to make corrections. He also then refunded overcharges to patient and medicare. He was also sarcastic to my 86 year old mother.
