Dr. Noel is a great Dr is talking to and listening to the patients is exceptional and Doing Reverse Surgery on shoulders is wonderful.

Left and Right Total shoulder surgeries, 7 years between them and I would highly recommend Dr Noel for this type procedure. All my expectations were met.

Takes time to ask questions and offers options for treatment based on recovery & costs. Interacts with patient in a down to Earth fashion.

My follow-up visit went well. This was my second surgery with him this year on each shoulder. January and November. Reverse total shoulder arthroscopy on both. Dr. Curtis Noel is a great surgeon. If you are in need of shoulder surgery or experiencing excruciating pain, Dr. Noel is the one to see. He follows up with you and monitors your progress not just once or twice but throughout the year. By the way, did I say, he's also a nice guy. ??

He did Reverse Total Shoulder Arthroscopy on my right dominant arm in January 23, 2022. Here it is five days later, home recovery. Great doctor and staff all around. Felt very comfortable there. Everyone was nice from beginning to in. Staffing nurses after surgery were very attentive, Rachel, Nicole and Brittney. Dr. Noel a real down to earth and professional guy. He knows his stuff. 30 minute surgery and overnight stay. If you have shoulder issues, he's the guy. Don't hesitate ?? I like to thank him and his team at Crystal Clinic in Fairlawn.

Dr Noel was honest, friendly and confident. He listened to me and gave me a lot of time to discuss my options. I had a massive tear of my rotator cuff. He repaired it and I am into Phase II of Physical Therapy. I feel good and expect a full recovery. Dr Noel is the best! .

From my first encounter with Dr. Noel, I felt my husband and I had made the right choice. Dr. Noel took x-rays and showed us what the condition was, and explained what course of action was possible and why. In my case, this was a reverse total shoulder replacement. Right away we felt that we were working as a team. Dr. Noel, responding to and understanding how much pain was involved, helped me to get on the surgical schedule as soon as possible. The surgery went perfectly and I was able to start therapy three days after the surgery. As part of the pre-op, we met with the physical therapist that we would be working with. She explained exactly what the post-op therapy would involve. We really went into this experience feeling completely informed about the surgery and the post op procedure. I think Dr. Noel takes pride in his work, enjoys helping people, and is extremely qualified. He has done many reverse total shoulder replacements and has a surgical team so competent that they make it easier for him to help people like me. I will say that having my husband with me to help do all of the exercises I had to do after the surgery was great for me. I would have needed a visiting nurse or therapist to help me with the exercises that are a critical part of the post-op procedure and are essential to a successful outcome.

Dr. Noel was very personable, gave me a cortisone shot. All was fine until I got the bill. Besides the $45 co-pay I expected to pay 20% of the medical allowed cost of the shot but the crystal clinic sends two bills, one for the "facility" which my insurance wouldn't cover so I had to pay a total of $256 out of pocket. No I won't go back much as I liked the doctor. I also won't go to any MD there. What a shame!

I highly recommend Dr Noel and all of the staff @ the Crystal Clinic. Top notch professional that made me feel at ease with with all aspects of my surgeries. From diagnosis to rehab, I could nt have asked for a better Dr ., and staff.

Dr Noel performed my rotator cuff surgery. Excellent results and post surgical treatment. Highly recommend him. His entire staff is wonderful especially Jessica.

I have seen Dr Noel for the left and right elbow surgery and Spurs on both rotator cuffs. MOST AWESOME DR. too bad there isn't more like him and his associate Jessica.

My knee locked up (torn meniscus) on a Sunday. I was diagnosed on Monday (without an MRI), and had surgery on Thursday. I never required crutches and was back playing fullcourt basketball within 8 weeks. This was a 51 year old body that he repaired too. Two years later it still works great.

Finally, over ten years after a shoulder injury and being told the pain was in my head because a partial tear didn't support the level of pain I was in, Dr. Noel diagnosed that I'd had a fracture and the neglect of treatment created worsening issues such as bursitis, and joint separation. Instead of the full surgery, we discussed how to manage the pain until I have the time to take off for the surgery -- which is not the full surgery other docs wanted to do, but one that is most appropriate for my injury and will have less recovery time. To persist for ten years and finally find a doctor who not only took the time to look at the images and have his staff take a few more actually targeting the area of injury, then taking the time to show me on the image where and why the pain was so intense, I could have cried with relief. I persevered for a decade. Never, never, give up.
