The doctor is a common sense doctor that takes excellent care of his patients. I was checked in and seen in a timely matter. great experience with doctor and staff

After calling several times, I was told my lab results were normal. I requested these results directly from the lab and see several concerns, including high cholesterol. Also, any dr. who places his payment concerns over his patient's needs isn't for me.

Great doctor to read blood word and checking you with stethoscope.Also always have long wait to see doctor .Staff does not return call .Been seeing him two years .

Dr. Story is the worst doctor I have experienced and anyone I have asked (many including hospital and nursing home staff) have never had a good word to say. Avoid at all costs!

I waited for over 45 minutes alone in an examining room without understanding why there was such a delay. I went to the receptionist's desk to find it empty. Felt abandoned, so I left.

Dr. Story is a decent Dr. BUT... He needs to get a better staff. I left numerous messages for Becca to return my calls about a bill. It is over a year, the bill has gone to collection and she still won't return my calls. She needs to be fired.

Cant get the office staff to return phone calls regarding bills and payments. Cant get my bill explained to me for this reason. Ended up just paying so it didn't get sent to collections. Called and emailed with no replies or call backs. Such a good doctor to have such poor office staff. Nurse didn't know how to prep for Papsmear and they don't call you with the results either

Dr. Story is a refreshing change from many physicians I have seen over the years. He really listens to what you have to say, and always offers the best advice. He will take his time with you so you never feel like he is rushing through the visit or just going through the motions. He is very good at reviewing current medications and offering alternative options. I called after hours recently expecting to get an answering service, but he personally answered the phone! Very friendly staff, clean office, convenient location. I have been going to him for a couple years now and am very pleased.

Never had a doctor refuse to see self pay patients.

Doctor Story is the best doctor ever. He is kind, compassionate, caring and professional. He takes his time listening and answering any and all questions. He is thorough and he is a wonderful doctor. His office manager Becca is kind and welcoming. She makes sure that she gets doctor's reports and tests. Meghan is his assistant and does a thorough exam. She is wonderful and so caring. I have many health issues and I trust Dr. Story with my life.

Finding a Doctor who truly cares about their patients is rare these days. Words cannot express how grateful I am to have found Dr. Story. He is the most caring, compassionate, doctor I have ever seen. His office staff goes above and beyond. This doctor and his staff are highly regarded in the medical field and community. They treat their patients like family and I highly recommend them. Going to the doctor can be very stressful and not fun. Dr. Story and his staff are always friendly, welcoming and wonderful. Thank you Doctor Story, Becca and Meaghan for taking such good care of ME!!

I am so impressed with Dr. Story and his assistant Megan!! This doctor truly cares about me and I am so lucky I found him. He spends a lot of time and answers any questions I may have. He is so kind and caring and has a wonderful bedside manner. He is thorough and extremely knowledgeable. I trust and value his opinion. I have yet to find a doctor like him. His assistant Megan is fabulous!! She is extremely caring and takes great pride in caring for me. I recommend Dr. Story to anyone who is looking for a great Doctor.

Didnt rush through my appointment. He sat and listened to me and spent time explaining and answering my questions.

I was recommended to Dr Story and I am so happy I found him. His office staff including his nurse Kim are very caring and kind. Dr. Story took his time explaining every detail about my health. Before entering my room he had taken a lot of time reviewing my chart and was very knowledgeable about my conditions. I have never seen a doctor with so much compassion and care EVER!! I live in Venice and its a little trip for me to get there but totally worth the trip. After seeing this doctor yesterday for the first time, I went to bed knowing I am in good hands with a doctor I can trust. He has an old-fashion medical approach which I never found since moving to Florida. I truly felt very comfortable asking him questions about my health. I am recommending Dr. Story to everyone I know. Like many doctors that have bad reviews, I have seen doctors themselves writing their own reviews. But I am a real patient and I am so very happy I finally found a real doctor who cares about his patients and not about WHAT INSURANCE YOU HAVE!! He also makes house calls which is so great to know!

I have never had a doctor spend so much time with me. The wait to be put back into the room was only a minute or so, but I had to wait a few minutes to see the doctor. He explained that with new requirements, he has to do much of his work on his computer, which he does in his office so he is paying attention to patients instead of staring at a computer screen. He obviously had studied chart and labs before coming into the room. He spent a lot of time with me, and answered all my questions. He was done with my exam and walking out the door when I remembered something else I wanted to ask. To my amazement, he closed to door and turned around and sat back down to answer my question. He had already spent almost 45 minutes with me. I even felt bad, but he did not look rushed. his staff was extremely friendly, and they took care of all of my needs.

I have been using Dr.Story for the past year for my family doctor.Today after sitting in his waiting room for thirty minutes the nurse called me back to say my appointment was cancelled due to staffing problems.This is the third time my appointment has been cancelled. Make me wonder what's really going on here.

I have seen many dr through out the yrs for various health reasons I have seen dr story for about 4 yrs now and he is at the top of the list for drs he seems to know all and will discuss your health conditions and is right on with diagnosis I wouldnt change for any reason thanks dr

Dr Story was very tuned in to what I had to say. He was very thorough and knowledgable. I was cleared up fast and very happy with my experience
