I have never left a review for the MD live, but I looked this woman up just to leave a review, and I see these other negative reviews and I can only imagine how difficult these people were to deal with because this was the nicest Dr. I have talked to on there. I text my wife when I got off the phone and asked how can I leave this Dr. a review? Anyway, thank you Doc for a painless visit. Lol

I was traveling when I called MD LIVE for a sore throat and reach Dr. Daliah Wachs. Despite the fact that this past week I had been caring for my sick girls that had tested positive for strep. She has to go in circles with me that it could be anything from flu, Covid, or even throat cancer?! What?! I’m a nurse and mother of 3. You need to listen to your patients. And really, throat cancer? How could you even say that to someone on a virtual visit. ???????

The most absolutely rude telehealth visit of my entire life. After I tried to clarify her not helping at all after saying confusing things she paused for 30 seconds to the point I said ‘hello?’ And her response was ‘are you done yelling’ when I wasn’t yelling but clarifying her incompetence. She is completely negligent and should not be working in this field. Do not pay money to see her if you can avoid it, it is a waste of your time and resources. I wish I could give zero stars.

Too quick, did not listen. Not satisfied at all.

I would avoid. She didn't listen to my concerns and left the appointment after a couple of minutes without resolving my issues. She thinks she knows everything about medicine but seems like she didn't even go to medical school.

Dr. Wachs is a Beautiful, Caring, and most Professional! I was experiencing symptoms of Bronchitis previously which preceded Pneumonia, while on the road (Retired Marine, 22 yos., OTR Professional Driver 21 yos.), and our entire interaction was less than 10 minutes! Needless to say, I received the best treatment in those few minutes, than I have spending 1.5 hours elsewhere! Thanks again for all you do, Dr. Wachs!!!

The staff is horrible and I have to call back every week for months to ask the same question over and over when they always so they promise they will call back and they never do. They charged me for a no show when I called and left a message to cancel. They had me on hold so long, I drove down to the office after 35 minutes and while on hold I walked in showing them that I was still on hold and they had no answer as to why they left me on hold so long. The doctor always sends you to a specialist and never does anything herself. Plus if you have even something wrong with your foot, as my husband did, they always want to do an EKG so they can bill the insurance company a ton of money, the same with a chest X-ray, I have had one given to me for every visit even if I'm not sick. They are a rip off and I never want to deal with them again.

Dr.Wachs is consumed with her "celebrity". When I wanted to discuss my health issues, her eyes glazed over, so I decided to ask about her show, her cruises, that's the only times she "showed up." She is all about sending you out for expensive, time consuming tests. Her staff inept, the office a shambles...how is she comfortable running a practice like this?..I think she is only hanging on until she is nationwide with her radio show. I left when they forgot to fill out my Rx. I called and asked if I could stop by and pick up the script. They wanted to schedule another appt. With me to do that. I said no, I'm not paying for another visit for your mistake. They called the next day and fired me as a patient. Fine with me. She should be investigated.

The office staff puts you on hold forever and very rude. The office not too clean either.

I totally agree with all the negative reviews this office gets. Dr. Wachs was my primary care doctor for 3 years. The first year she seemed like she was knowledgeable and although she wanted me to come in every 3 months, I thought this would change once we developed a rapport. Dr. Wach is that doctor that makes people come in every 3 months regardless if you need to be seen or not just so she can bill your insurance, she refuses to re-new your prescriptions unless you do. You canâ??t ever get a message to her either, her staff wonâ??t even take a message for her, they will just tell you on the phone if you want to talk to her make an appointment. The way her office looks definitely does not make you feel like you are seeing a competent physician, itâ??s actually physically dirty and very cluttered. Her front office staff are confrontational and incompetent. Dr. Wachâ??s herself is so hard to see she works very few hours, after my first year, I never saw here again and always had to book with a PA. She finally had a good one, the only reason I returned, (A. Thistle) but she didnâ??t stay very long. My last apt was the last straw, I waited over 30 minutes to get called back then another hour to see the new PA, this was all for an annual wellness check-up It appears when you are in the waiting room that her office is more of a chiropractic mill not a real physicianâ??s office.

This was once a great doc, but has slowly just become only interested in being famous and a star personality. Practicing medicine has now come second, and her patients are paying dearly for the change in her focus. Her loyalty to long time patients is waning. If you do get an appointment in between the radio show broadcasted live from her office, guest appearances, and her constant availability on Facebook (but not to her customers), you might just get lucky enough to get a business card from her which will be referral for somebody else to help you. Queen of referrals to others.

My mom is a patient of Dr. Wachs, and I was too before I moved out of state. I come back to town periodically, and when I do, Dr. Wachs always makes time to see me. One year, she was having trouble getting my mom to get a mammogram--Mom can be stubborn about medical procedures. Since I was overdue for one myself (I procrastinate on those, too!), Dr. Wachs asked me to get mine done while I was in town so Mom would get one too. So Mom and I both went--and they found a small tumor in Mom, and it was NOT benign. Dr. W. referred mom to an oncologist; the tumor was operable and after surgery & radiation, (thankfully) it looks like all the cancer was removed and hasn't returned. Her insistence on that mammogram may have saved my mom's life. While I was having a sonogram done in town for another issue, the sono tech was telling me how much she respected Dr. W. because the Dr. had found cancer in her that other doctors had missed. Yes, this required a lot of tests--and I was sorry to see other reviewers complain about the tests. Believe me, I get it--I hate medical procedures and never want to spend the time and money if I can avoid it. But it can save your life! I know how frustrating it is to have a test done "for nothing"--but isn't that really GOOD NEWS?? I'd rather check and be reassured than not check and be sorry. So, yes, the doctor's office is pretty busy, and yes, she does order a lot of tests when she feels they are necessary. But we trust her judgement; we know she genuinely cares and knows her business.

You go for simple problem, she will tell you to do unnecessary lab work, tests, ultrasound, X Ray. After going through the all unnecessary tests and the procedures she mentioned, I consulted different doctor and that they mentioned that I don't require any test at all and that I am completely doing fine. Will never recommend anyone. If you want to waste your time and money then she is the right doc for you.

i've been in this office twice. Once for me and the last time for my dad. When i went for check my self about a heart burn i had, expecting they gave me something for the pain... they prescribed over the counter medication (omeprazole 20mg) which i mentioned i was already taken and didnt work.they sent me to get a general lab test and also sent me with 2 specialist doctors one a gastroenterologist and another doctor... pretty much saying go with the first one if they dont find anything then go with this other... ok i went with the gastro and he did an endoscopy which required anesthesia and hospital etc...i paid around 200 in the hospital with my insurance plus doctor consultation 3 times with the gastro and twice with dr daliah...and 6 months later a check from quest diagnostic... i came out good of everything they didnt find anything .. the gastro gave me omeprazole 40mg ... really i needed to spend around $300 for omeprazole?... when i could just take double doses of over the counter omeprazole....Anyways i went back to take my dad cause he has high blood pressure... we took the general lab test that he had in quest diagnostic... after we explain our reason for being there which is high blood pressure ... she suggest to take a xray to my dad?.. iam not a dr but i dont see the relation, later she said she needs to know about his cholesterol which it was on the test we gave her , she said was not and i have to showed her it was....then at the end omg the worst, she said my dad had anemia which we mentioned at the beginning and he was loosing blood and that its dangerous could even be blood cancer...so he sent me to a cancer specialist and to the same gastroenterologist that she sent me before...can somebody explain me what the gastro have to be with my dads high blood pressure?... and why she scare us saying that my dad could have cancer before even have a right test that diagnostic that...that is very serious....she pretty much has not idea of what my dad could have so she just sent us to 2 completely different doctors, make us spend money in both places like they did to me before till we find what it is..cause she doesn't know...Never coming back...will never recommend it either

love her.... my kids see her and love her. SHe is an amazing dr with a great warm personality that is so soothing to my children.

This woman is the MOST abrasive arrogance I have ever had the displeasure to endure. Do NOT go see this ummm Doctor???She noted the fact that I have Medicare as primary due to my medical retirement, and failed to notice the fact I have secondary insurance, and threw me out of her office as a vagrant!

I NEVER RICOMEND HER TO ANY ONE!!!FOR $13 SHE SEND COLLECTION PEOPLE ON ME...$13 YES ITS WAS ONLY$13 DOLLARS AND HER STAFF NEVER CALL ME AND JUST SEND ME TO FAT COLLECTOR

Very disappointed with Dr. Wachs practice and staff. Dr. Wachs always talked during visits; not once did she examine me. I was referred to several other doctors for extensive and expensive TESTS to find absolutely nothing wrong. Dr. Wachs told me that when I needed refills for medication, just call. When I did her staff told me I had to make an appointment. I refused to make an appointment, pay another co-pay just for authorization for a refill. The next thing I got was a letter suggesting I find another doctor. Really? Today I received a letter from a Collection Agency for non-payment! What? I never got a bill indicating I owed anything! I have good insurance and I paid all my co-pays each time I had an appointment. Initially, I wasn't gonna write a review. A word to the wise; Stay away from this practice!.. unless you want problems! I keep my receipts and will resolve my issue; however I would not recommend this Doctor to ANYONE! Results may be disappointing.

My last 3 visits, they have billed my insurance incorrectly. Each time I have to file an appeal because they file it incorrectly.Office staff is like a brick wall. I saw 3 people walk out. One person obviously IN PAIN was brushed off and told he had to wait. He walked out. I waited over an hour for my time and it only happened after I went up to the front office staff to see why I am waiting so long. Call in and you get snubbed. I wanted to leave a message for the Dr, and I was told she is too busy and won't get the message anytime soon or I can make an appointment (i.e. PAY for another appointment) to discuss my question.LOVE Dr. Wachs but her front office staff has ruined it for me. I am finding another Dr.

The staff and doctor are wonderful.
