A few months ago I had a couple office visits with Dr. Davis for treatment for a shoulder injury, at first I was happy with the care but that didn’t last long as the only treatment he was interested in me having was seeing a pain specialist, one by the way that is a colleague. I really wanted to start with therapy as I had gotten medication. Dr. Davis was adamant I see this pain specialist ( although not sure he is completely certified) he refused to give me a prescription for physical therapy until I saw pain management, that was when I realized something wasn’t right. Although I know some of the Doctors their for many years (I work at one of the hospitals they work in)I decided to get second opinion and thanks to therapy my shoulder is much better. I would never recommend Dr. Davis to anyone, his insistence about the pain management made me wonder what was really going on, use someone else don’t waste time.

dr davis was great. he had wonderful bedside manner and spent time explaining my injury. i recommend him highly.

I have seen Dr. Davis for problems relating to my hand and shoulder, and I had surgery with him last year. He has the qualities of an excellent surgeon- intelligent, thorough, respectful, kind and interested in your individual situation. He is not the type to rush you into surgery if it is not immediately needed. He will try alternatives first. He does not want to see his patients in pain or discomfort.

Great Doctor .

This physician was very attentive and did a thorough evaluation. Did not feel rushed and he spent the necessary time to review the issue and describe how best to proceed. Would definitely recommend him.

Excellent bedside manner. Very knowledgeable and treats patients with respect.
