Extremely poor bedside manners, does not listen to patient, appears arrogant/ rude. Would not recommend

Terrible doctor. He does not care what you have to say. It's one way communication or no communication. I had my records sent over a month in advance of my visit, yet he never opened them till I walked in the room. Do not use this doctor.

Because of Dr. brown my son (2 weeks old at the time) spend 12 days in children's NICU because dr. Brown didn't take his temperature even after we mentioned he was cold. He was rushed to children's the next day with a temperature of 86 degrees. He should not see babies. He's the reason why my son almost died. He didn't take his temperate seriously when a week before he went to children's hospital it was recorded he was 93 degrees and that should have been a red flag to Dr. Brown. And to be honest he cared more about my sons genitals (which were fine) than his temp.

My grandson at 3 weeks old did not gain any weight. Dr. Brown failed to SEE his temp was low at his last visit (33C) = (93F) and was even lower at the next visit, his temp was not even taken! Dr. Brown was more worried about his testicles! Made another apt the next day with a pediatrician for a scond opinion, grandson's temp (86F) and was rushed to Childrens Hospital and spent 12 days in a NICU.! Doctor Dana Brown should NOT BE A DOCTOR!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Brown is a great doctor. He is very patient, never rushing through his appointments with me. He takes time to explain everything and answer my questions (I always ask a lot of them). He takes my opinion into consideration regarding my care and medications. He is very knowledgeable and was able to correctly diagnose a condition which had been misdiagnosed by several doctors previously. I see other doctors (specialists) and he works well in conjunction with them. I highly recommend him.
