Dr Cha is a friendly doctor that listens to my concerns and can barely feel his injections

Dr.Cha is a Dr.that treats you like a person,not a paycheck.He listens to your concerns and addresses them as to your options of care. I had seen him in Valpo,when he left I followed him to Skokie,Ill.. He is definitely worth the drive.

Dr.Cha is a very caring and compassionate,he has helped me to have less pain. You are a person and not a paycheck at his clinic.I highly recommend Dr.Cha.

Dr Cha gave me some quality of life back after my accident. He listens and answers all questions and concerns. Couldn't ask for a better Dr the last 8 years and there's no way id still be alive if it wasn't for the progress he made treating me.

Dr Cha is fabulous, however, if he has a temporary fill in doctor, he does not take the time to review your records. I have 2 crippling diseases & disabled having to be on a pain patch for over 8 years. The fill in doctor would not refill my patch & only gave me a medicine dose pain med. I’m bedridden, going thru severe withdrawals & in horrible horrible pain. I emailed & called the office, was told I have to take it up at my follow up visit in 45 days! Nice thing to put a single Mom thru over the Christmas Holiday. No compassion

has been very good to me over past 5 + years. He does listen and asks how i am doing and has tried many ways to help me. he then asks me how the treatment worked and i have never had a problem with the meds that have worked I do recommend him to others because of the 5 plus years of excellent care

Office people are greatNurses are downright rude and unprofessional!Tell him you need help or his nurses if they call you back.They have another Doctor come in at thir convience and tell you you are addicted!! Well yes after all the pain meds legally taken.He gets you hooked then discards you like a piece of trash.You still have the pain but now you dont have a Doctor.Please read his reviews for confirmation.I called the AMA and In.Health we woll see what happens.

I had an appt. with him but after reading all of these things about him I am going somewhere else cuz I am a very picky person and easy to make angry if I don't think u care but clearly he does not so why waste my time and energy on this guy

after about 2 yrs of putting up with this dr and his staff, i need to tell the public what to expect. i read a few neg reviews and they are 100% correct! All he cares about is his license, he is not a caring dr what so ever! i have tried to talk to him, and i have to make a appt just to talk, and they are making appts 1month later. he will make you go with out med's after you have been on them for years but you have to make a appt to see why! its a all day thing and you better have what you need to say to him on paper because he says what he wants to then dismisses you, so as he dictates you have to try to talk to the man! the office ladies are no help either, i have to work but they seem to not care. took me 4 weeks to get into see him, i asked the lady on the phone "what do i do in the mean time about no medicine?" she said "i am not a nurse i only schedule so i dont know what to tell you.." i called back, same thing from a different lady. he will want to give you procedures but will not treat accute pain at all. he is not a caring dr, nor is his staff. he treat everyone in the office the same way, its really odd nver been to a dr like this. he started cutting down med and said its the dea, everything he says is "dea moniters me.." he is a robot of a doctor, bed side manner? none what so ever. i can not belive i put up with this as i'm a city letter carrier whom been in a major car accident, have hardware in my wrists and knee is damaged also. i have to take the first appt they give me, or i have to wait longer than 4 weeks! if i didnt have a union job, i woudltn have a job. i do not write reviews ever but this has really became a huge deal in the quality of my life so i feel its my duty to tell anyone refered to him to not waste your time..get another referral.

very nice doctor. he made it clear that he was interested in helping me. he isn't someone who takes the easy way out by totally drugging you up.

Been seeing him for years..!! Has never spent time to address my thoughts and concerns about what is going on.. His whole office in Valparaiso is like a drug Factory. Everyone I have talked to at my appointments other patients have nothing but negative things to say about him.. I have repeatedly told him that the pain regiment he has me on is not doing anything he has repeatedly told me he doesn't care because he doesn't want to lose his license when I'm barely on anything and I have major health issues and degenerative bone and this disease and have osteoporosis throughout my whole body along with a brain tumor on my pituitary gland causing pain in all of my organs he does not even care.. Switching doctors as of today.. If you want someone to just stick a needle in your back 4X before he even gets to the nerve burn being the fifth time and needles inside of you go see him.. 2 times over the years they've even done the wrong spot

Dr Cha is a great dr who actually cares about the patients needs and takes the time to talk to the patient and prescribes the right medicines needed for the persons pain and medical condition!I am glad he is my doctor and I would recommend him to anyone who is suffering from severe pain.Thank you Dr Cha for being a great Dr!

I was seen by this Doctor for a while , at first I felt good about the direction my care was going but then he started doing injections and pain blockers etc. The list goes on and on , I was left with addition pain after one and kept telling them that I was still in pain , he did nothing , but he as well as his staff got even nastier when I said no more to the injections and other things. It seemed that he only likes to practice things on people and make money.

I was referred to him. It is clear that he is all about the money. At my appointments I'd wait up to 1.5-3 hours. And when you finally got in a room he wouldn't even look at you. Then afterwards you go out and weight for your scripts which tok forever. He was ride, his staff is rude and I am married to a doctor myself. We are their because of chronic debilitating pain and he needs to know we are their because our quality of life isn't what it should be. I have 7 health diagnosis's and if your in this line of work I don't understand why he won't listen to his patients and work with them. The patient is the one in pain. But he wanted you in. And out as quickly as possible and they always made you have injections done no matter what was wrong with u and it was very expensive to say the least. He doesmt care about the patients he's just rolling in the dough! I would NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone I know, not even my worst enemy

Everyone gets the same treatment, injections, no matter what you come there for.

He is all about money does not care about.his patients very rude every one that works there is rude

Never in my life have I ever experienced such horrible care! He is always very rushed and never takes time to listen to patient. He is in no way kind or understanding. Gives off the impression of it's all about the money coming in and not about the care or comfort of his patient! I have two injuries requiring surgery and he said to me I was "faking an injury". Both of my surgeons were extremely upset about this and have requested me to change doctors and I have!
