Dr. Daniel Joseph Daluga, MD

I recommend him to any one I talk to. Had no problems with either knee replacement and he has good bedside manors. I wish more Doctors could be like him, but I guess this is what makes him unique.

Dr. Deluga is attentive, caring, and has a wonderful bedside manner. Everyone I talk to speaks very highly of him and I was very happy with my experience with him (I had tendon reconstruction surgery). I have already recommended him to my friend.

It has been nearly eight weeks since my surgery and I am back to work. I have some pain but I now use heat sometimes and can control the pain with meds he provides. I think I can turn to Tylenol pretty soon. I work in an office setting as I manage a ladies retirement home and the work is not difficult. When I would tell who my Dr.was he was really thought of highly! Glad to have chosen such a caring capable surgeon,

Left Knee replacement Oct. 2007. Rehab went well and experienced relative pain for 6 months level 2.. Am avid golfer and had no incidence of any discomfort. Three years passed. Right knee then started to deteriorate same as left knee. Had Right knee replaced in Nov. 2013. Rehab therapy better than the first replacement.. Three months have passed and right knee is pain free, however some slight swelling present, however, in time, will be back to normal.. Have referred Dr. Daluga to a number of friends over the years and have the greatest respect for him as a surgeon.. Rate him as "Best in the State of Indiana."

Had knee replacement 3 years ago. Took a year to be back to 100% but now the knee looks and feels just like my other knee does. Injured it falling from a segway in Nashville 2 days ago. Bruised the knee cap real good but according to the ex-rays and Dr. Daluga I am going to be fine. It swelled terrible after the fall, pretty scary. But they worked me in on Monday morning and so good to know I did not damage the excellent knee that he installed so long ago...no better surgeon in Lafayette Indiana and maybe anywhere....

I wouldn't hesitate to go back to him in any matter.

Completed visit, 2 days later in surgery, next day a follow up call by Daluga to my home, 2 months later I have no pain and am training for motocross again. Once you make your first visit, follow ups are readily available. Great doctor, just ask a lot of questions because he tends to educate on request rather than offering up front info. Do your homework and have questions ready.

He is very personable, getting an appointment to see him is frustrating, getting someone to call me back for advice on my bandages after surgery is proving to be very hard also.

This Doctor needs to learn how to treat people. I may not be in the medical field, and I may not know the terminology, but dont treat people like they are so far below you when they are just trying to understand you.

I feel that Dr Daniel Daluga is a excellent Doctor. He is very sensitive to his pt's needs. His bedside manner is wonderful, and i would recommend him to every one that needs a Doctor of his specialty.
