I have been a patient of Dr. Cohen's for 23 years. I would NEVER see any other rheumatologist but him. Dr. Cohen has treated me with compassion, understanding and the best medical care possible for me. The time you wait to see him is worth it. The same amount of time he spends with his other patients, is the same you will receive. I recommend him to EVERYONE.

As an Office Manager for a multi facet medical facility I am quite familiar with Customer Service. The Customer Service at this medical facility was displeasing. I had a 1 pm appointment with Dr. Cohen and was not put in an exam room until 3 HOURS later. While I Finally was placed in an exam room I had to wait ANOTHER HOUR to be seen. Dr Cohen did not apologize for the long wait instead he sat down and proceeded to ask me questions. When I finally got my test results two weeks later (Dr. Cohen was on vacation) Instead of the Covering physician calling me to discuss my results, I was contacted by a nurse who was not knowledgable nor aware of my diagnosis. I DO NOT make it a habit on writing reviews, but my true dissatisfaction with this provider led me here.

doctor cohen has been caring for me for the last 17 years. I wouldn't want anyone else taking care of me. Doctor cohen always takes the time to listen to me, to discuss other options and just ask me how I'm doing. I've always been very comfortable and he has never me feel foolish with my questions or symptoms

Seeing Dr. Cohen was a horrible experience. Not only did I wait over an hour but once I got in to see him he had little time to spend with me and seemed like his mind was elsewhere. He gave me a prescription and sent me on my way. I went to see another doctor who took tests and was diagnosed with a problem that was far more serious than Dr. Cohen suggested. Thank goodness I went for a second opinion.
