Dr. Daniel Jaesuh Lee, MD

I was referred to this clinic for falling and injuring my left finer. Dr. Daniel Lee evaluated by finger and advised that surgery was the best approach. I agreed to surgical restoration, which was done by Dr. Lee at Good Samaritan Hospital, and it was a complete nightmare. There wasn't an Anesthesiologist; therefore, the surgical nurse could only administer local anesthesia, which wasn’t practical. The pain was unbearable; Dr. Lee was rude and disrespectful and showed compassion whatsoever. I will never, ever forget the way he treated me. I advise anyone to read the previous post reviews and decide whether or not to see him. Everyone who posted reviews had the same opinion as how Dr. Lee and his team treated them: trouble communication, lack of follow-up, and disregard for patient care.

I was there because I hurt my finger 3 months ago. My finger was deformed for three months due to the join capsule injury. When I went there, I had already been through a hard time accepting my finger injury. I am a nursing student and am learning how to give patients good care not only about their physical conditions but also psychosocial needs. When I was there, Doctor Lee was very arrogant. I had planned to ask him several questions about the outcomes of my finger and how I should do to help. His body language and speech both showed that he was not interested in what I wanted to say or what I wanted to know. When he said I might need a splint, I said the urgent care had gaven me a little one which was not very useful. Before I asked him about his idea, he suddenly interrupted,"It's up to you. If you don't want it, you don't need to wear it." I felt so insulted and shut my mouth up immediately. His attitude was like, patients were idiots and he didn't care! The technician who gave me the splint was kind and I asked him the questions I had planned to ask the doctor and he answered me nicely. Doctor Lee was the worst doctor I have ever seen both as a patient and a nursing student. If I could give him 0 star, I will. It's been 3 weeks since the first appointment with the doctor. I have been waiting for their call for the referral to an OT. I just got the call several minutes ago. The person on the phone told me the phone number of the OT and before I could ask her the name and address or anything else, she said,"Byebye!" and hang up the phone. It was very rude! That's the reason I came here to write this whole review. In all, the doctor and his office staff are all rude. I will try to visit another clinic next time.

Dr. Lee's office is rude and lies to patients. They tell you anything to get you out of the office or off the phone, then claim it was you who "misunderstood". They do not return phone calls as promised. Dr. Lee himself is standoffish, rushed and appears put off by having to see you. Waiting room is the size of a postage stamp and crammed full. After seeing healthgrades reviews, glad I didn't continue there.

Can't figure out why he doesn't have 4 stars...good bedside manner, explains things, gets the job done...does just what he says he is going to do...and more, if necessary.

Dr. Lee was very patient and understanding when i saw him a couple years ago for trigger finger. Deffinately do recomend him !

The overall visit was okay Dr. Lee was very kind and courteous a good doctor So don't get the wrong impression It's understaffed it's very unprofessional disorganize mediocre at best It seems like no one in the office knows what's going on Like pretty much you're in a ping-pong table Bounced around from person to person until one person that knows what's going on My overall review of Daniel Lee I'll give Daniel Lee five stars but staff I'll give them 1 to 2 stars at best
