the office staff NEVER calls back also I had my inplant takeing out and I now look like a FAT OLD FREAK who can get a job at the circus,i complained for 2yrs about the inplant ,finally got doc to take it out,i feel like this was a joke to him,very upset

I've tried for 2+months to make an appointment. Left messages, talked to Cassandra, Colleen, Kiara, ECT. No one answers the phone and when they do you leave a message and NEVER receive a call back. At some point this becomes a problem for the doctor too doesn't it? Dr. Kwan seemed friendly enough, but at this point it's been a waste of my time.

Dr. Kwan treated me for a leg wound that required a skin flap in order to allow the underlying bone injury to heal. His constant attention to my care was outstanding. His bedside manner was amongst the best I have ever experienced. I cannot recommend him highly enough for his treatment of my injury.

This man is an artist. Breast surgery came out beautiful and perfect. He has a very professional bedside manner, courteous and efficient. His work is masterful. Nothing short of that. Thrilled with his work and level of care. Just the best.

It took a while to get an appointment and the appointment making process wasn't great. That said, Dr. Kwan was great. His bedside manner is excellent as are his surgical skills, from my personal experience.

Needs to work on the front office and scheduling.

It has to be that the only people who bother to go online and rate a doctor are those who are disgruntled. I've seen negative reviews of Dr. Kwan and I can't believe it! His care of me was superb- even gave me his cellphone number when I left hospital in case I had any problems!

Saw Dr. Kwan in past for after care from another surgery from another doctor... He was nice,receptive and got the problem resolved.. I was counting on him after I had another surgery...out of state to also help me... Had gotten an appointment...but later got a call saying that he wouldn't see me.. I asked why......seems that now that I didn't have the surgery originally done by him...he wouldn't see me.. WOW....I thought doctors were doctors...here to help...but in the end...same old same...it is the $$$ that drives them...??
