My provider and nurse work very proficient together. Hard working and very well educated. Dr Uba took the time to answer all of my questions. I rate this office at 6 stars. Would recommend to all.

The wait was ridiculous. They take you into the exam room and forget all about you. The nurses don’t even check on you. I’ve left before after waiting more than an hour and they still billed me for a visit. Dr only half listens to what you are telling him in regards to your health. On one visit, they didn’t even bother to check my blood pressure even though my chart shows a history of hbp. Don’t come here. It’s horrible. In finding a new doctor.

If you question him or the staff he will let you go.i find him to be only there for the money.not cause he cares his staff talks down to you an will ignore you till they decide to do what needs to be done.i was told by the staff I had to stay in pain till they got my medicine straight at .....the pharmacy Dr uba messed up and I couldn't get my pain medicine.they just don't care.they talk about you and will roll their eyes when you ask them a question.like they think your dumb.he comes in never sits down and gone in 5 mins.i don't even know how they are still in business.

If you question dr uba he will terminate you as a patient which he did me. he has a lot of bad reviews on here. I was left in pain cause of their mistakes for a long time and I was on pain management and when I got on them he and them got mad.accusing me of verbal abuse. they are unprofessional and rude as can be from the front desk on back. they try and avoid your calls.when I told them I would take it to the medical board the way they have treated me they let me go along with the pain management. people this is not a good place. to go. find yourself a good place. the wait is long to be seen. they take you back there and then you have hrs to wait. and if you ask how long they get a attitude.i have copd and had to have the door slightly open and he got a attitude and told me patient confidentiality and yet I have heard they discussing patients out in the hallway when I left the room and other patients walking in the hallway and is that not patient confidentiality. go there at your own risk. im glad to be done with them except for getting my records, which they tell me can take up to 21 days yet other places it is sooner.this dr shows no concern for others, like others have said. this is my opinion.

They wait time is over 3hrs..When you see him .He acts as if he's not concern about your condition.Give you pills just to give it to you not cause he looked into what is going on with you.Then they charge your insurance for treatment you did not receive...He already was in trouble for insurance fraud..Just check your bill !!!!

I went in with chest pain and coughing, nothing was done till over 2 1/2 hrs then I got a chest xray. I never saw him. he never once checked on me, or let me know how long I had to stay there. I had to get the nurse and find out what was going on. I was in the back for over 2 1/2 hrs waiting and no one cared enough to check on me even with chest pain. no ekg was done. they just did not care at all. I would never go back here and advise people to stay away from here. after 3 hrs I left and he knew I was leaving and said nil. he is a poor dr as far as I'm concerned. showed no careing for me at all. you don't leave someone for 3 hrs and she is complaining about chest pain, etc. the staff sitting around chatting and no one checks on you. what a horrible place, and dr uba states he cares about his patient;s . then why 3 hrs and no ekg no nurse even checking on me. did a bp check and left. . oh yes did a chest xray and didn't get those results either and I was left in pain the entire time.

This place sucks. If been here over 2 hours. And I bad a. Appointment. Thanks

Very long wait times, unprofessional front desk individuals, longer wait times in examination room...I would never ever, ever recommend this place to any one. Dr. Uba bedside manner is terrible and he does not, DOES NOT care about the patients; often wonder how this practice is still in operation.

Everytime I go to this clinic I have to wait hrs to be seen. They call you in half an hour and then keep you in exam room waiting an hr and a half then the Dr. Uba comes in and speaks to you for 5 mins. Finding another Dr. and another clinic.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Uba since 2003. Im very pleased with the service I have received from Ralpha Medical Center. Dr. Uba is a very caring doctor and he listen to his patients. I am very pleased with the services i have gotten from this medicle facility.

This office lacks a lot - professionalism, empathy, knowledge & courtesy. Dr Uba seems somewhat detached, & disconnected.

The wait time is horrible, every time I have been for an appointment it's been no less than 3 hours. Results aren't given to me. No f/u calls. Feels as if you are a number not a patient. Always has excuses as to why you are waiting so long . I only put one star for overall rating because it wouldn't take my review unless I picked one.

LENGTHY WAIT TIMES! HE'S SCARED TO PRESCRIBE MEDS! THE DOCTOR IS UNCARING,and,DIDN'T TAKE MY HEALTH CARE AS SERIOUSLY AS I DID! THE GUY MADE ME WAIT 5 HOURS. THEN HE FAILED TO PROVIDE QUALITY CARE. The STAFF MEMBERS ARE RUD,E AND UNETHICAL!

I had to select an hour wait time because THREE HOURS was not an option! Yes, three hours it took before I saw the doctor. When I questioned him and the lengthy wait time, his response was that it is typical for a new patient appointment to be lengthy. I have never, ever had to wait three hours to see any doctor in my life!h

Wait time is awful. I had an appointment and was there 3 hours, not good. I think they should have a doctor for walk-in's and a doctor for appointments. Front desk is a joke, they have no idea of what they are doing, they should go to a good running doctors office to see how it is run. They spend more time visiting with each other. I go there only because it is close and would only go there for script refills or colds. I do like Dr. Uba. Just watch for different test they want you to do as may not be required, just another way to get more money.

Wait time 2+ hours. Dr. never there. Prefers to be out of town. Referrals a year or longer. No immediate refunds for cash payments...need I say more?

I like Dr.Uba and he is always curteous and listens, but the front desk staff needs some working on and nurses too.

The only reason I put 1 star for follow up is this doctor quickly called my mom after we had to walk out and also this survey wont let you submit if you dont put something. The 1 star is not an indication of the service. This place does not deseve any stars.My mom had heart surgery several months ago and post -op found Dr. UBa to provide her basic follow up care. The first few times she went and had to wait over an hour to be called, and other 45min -hour to go from vitals to another room to wait some more until someone would knock and ask if the doctor came in yet only to get his 'intern', I had never went to any of my moms appointments, I would just be on the phone sometimes for nearly 2 hours as she waited. Well I finally had the opportunity to be in town on a friday last week and drove her to one of her appointments to see for myself. WORSE APPOINTMENT EVER!!!!!! She was supposed to get an Xray. We got there at 8:08am there were 3 people in the waiting area, 2 receptionists, Only 4 people arrived in the 2hrs 45 min we were there and only 2 people came out towards the end of the visit. The people who left I never even saw them arrive so I assumed they got there right at 8am right before us........... We first waited 45 min to be called for her vitals, Then while in the back she called 35 min later to tell me that she was finally outside the xray room and was asked to lay down on a xray table with no cover on the pillow, they had no hospital robe and she was asked to 'climb up" with all her normal clothes on. My mom moves slow and just had heart surgery and was in pain in her lower back. When that was all done, she still waited 30 more minutes and when the doctor finally arrived it was not her doctor, it was THE INTERN. she got up left and then the nurse proceeds to tell my mom the doctor can see her if she waits a minute. I would love to be able to give a portion of a star for this clinic but I simply can't. THey have billed my mom for things they should not have, you can never get a live person or doctor on the phone if you call and ask a question and it breaks my heart that no one has paid any attention to the already countless negative feedback there has been for this clinic. I can only pray for those who go there that there is not major health issues going on with them that could detrimental for them to continue care there.
