Dr. Danzhu Guo, MD

I went to see Dr. Guo. He is a doctor that listens, he read n reread my records. He gave me a spine treatment today for pain. It was difficult for me to get through. But Dr. Guo n all of the staff was very kind, was concerned about me, and I got through it all just fine. If anybody is looking for a good pain doctor, you want Dr. Guo. I'm glad he's my doctor

I arrived approximately 30 minutes before my appointment and was taken within 5 minutes. I As soon as the nurse got a few notes from me, Dr Guo came in and we discussed why I wanted to see him. He was very thurough and offered me suggestions. I felt very satisfied when I left because he ha told me that if this plan did not work, then I could call in and ask dr guo to give a an injection in my back.

Ordered medication years ago. Now refuses to see me as nothing he can do and I am on the exact medication he ordered.

Oversubscribed opioid drugs after my father had back surgery. Caused my father to virtually stop eating and sleeping. It took me two years to get him off if it and regain a life. Seen the same thing happen with a friend of mine and this Dr after she was injured in a care accident. Best to stay away Dr Danzhu Guo!

The first time I went to Dr. Guo it was after my painful rotator cuff repair. He treated me with accupuncture. He help with my range of motion and pain relief that got me back to work sooner. This time I went because I was having arthritis pain,in hand and knees. Precise injection. Thank you,for your help.

I had seen dr. Guo for years and he helped me very much for chronic pain by giving me medication. He did move out of the area making travel difficult. I considered driving, but he changed prescribing practice. Nurse said he could no longer help me as he no longer ordered my medication. Previously, I had confidence in him ordering medication for me.

Dr. Guo started me on pain medication many years ago. After Federal and State regulations, his staff conferred with him and said he cannot do anything for me. The staff nurse was rude and loud when I asked if he would follow up with me.

Dr. Guo helped me many years ago. I saw him for several years. After my pain was under control, I still had to seem him every 2-3 months. At that time he spent less than 5 minutes with me. Those visits were probably not really medically necessary, except required by the DEA.

Doesn't even take the time to listen to your concerns, spent an average of 1-2 minutes max in the room on each visit, very rude and belittling

I was seeing doctor Guo for approximately 3-4 years because I had cervical spinal surgery from a slip/fall on ice. I am in pain 24/7 and have had 5 surgeries as a result of my injury. I have a few procedures from Dr Guo and I decided against having him do anymore procedures on me because the injection that was done in my neck was completely AWFUL! It was so painful that I won't ever do it again! One day I went to see him and I was seen by a nurse practicioner instead. I was unaware this was planned. It would of been nice to know before hand so I could choose or not. Anyway the nurse was EXCELLENT! She treated me with respect and was very attentive to what I was telling her. She did a complete focus assessment every time I was seen. She began to make some major progress with getting me out of pain. I was getting trigger point injections and a TENS unit. Then she left and I was left with Dr. Guo. I could tell some major differences in the way I was treated! He does not listen at all! After I seen him a few more times, he thought I had lower back surgery. He didn't do any kind of assessment or even look at me the whole time! I felt so rushed and disrespected as a person that I began to cry. I asked his assistant why he treated me like that and she said that since his nurse left he doesn't have time! Well the visit was paid for then why cant he make time to do a proper assessment? I am changing Doctors and I really hope I can have a better experience! My professional opinion is that Dr. Guo needs to change professions! His bedside manner is completely inappropriate!

The personification of kindess and compassion! I cannot say enough good things about this man. He has treated my arthritis condition periodically for years now, and has never let me down. I recommend him highly!

This DR. Is useless, If you want help for pain go somewhere else.What A Joke.
