Dr. Covington I have great admiration for him and his staff. With all my problems I met him for the first time he was worried about myself sincerely and really knew how to fix the problem after a discussion of my problems everything that he prescribed for myself and all of this works great. Also went through express scripts that the medicine was over the counter. In this day & age everything is quite expensive . I will name Diane also , Both her & Dr. Covington after the fact we had a lot of humor. I go once a yr. for my visit. I had so far 2 visits and staff is great prompt, very pleasant to speak to.. and right now we are playing phone tag to pay my bill.. LOL I thank you Dr. Covington and your staff for making me feel important to you.. Happy Holidays & Happy New Year !!!

I just had a colonoscopy done. The staff and Dr Covington took care of me so nicely. A week later i had another outpatient surgery. Dr Covington was so nice and caring. Everything went well. If you need a caring and great doctor...It is DR COVINGTON

I went in for my initial visit to set up my first colonoscopy and everyone was very friendly and informative. Dr. Covington explained everything in detail and my appointment was schedule without any problems. The procedure was performed on time, professionally and timely. I was out and about on the same day, no feelings of sickness or side effects and went out to lunch with my family. I highly recommend Dr. Covington for this procedure as he will definitely make you feel at ease.

Dr. Covington is an amazing physician. I have had the privilege of being his patient. He has an excellent bedside manner, very empathetic, kind and has gone above and beyond in explaining and helping me understand my diagnosis. I would strongly recommend him to anyone.

I would highly recommend Dr. Covington. He is very caring, professional, and thorough. The absolute best person and doctor. I was quite apprehensive about having my first colonscopy. When I woke up from the anesthesia, I didn't even know that the colonscopy was done. I felt nothing. The prep was actually way worse than the procedure. If you are thinking about getting a colonscopy done, go nowhere else!

Dr. Covington and his staff are great! They are all very courteous, friendly and professional. I've had two colonoscopies with him and would not think of going to anyone but him for my next one.

Dr. Covington is the best. A doctor with such kindness and compassion is worth more than his weight in gold. I am still totally in awe. Thank you Dr. Covington. You have no idea what your kindness meant to me. Now, if you could only invent a more tolerable bowel prep, you'd be right up there next to God. (: (just kidding) Thanks for making an unpleasant ordeal not so bad after all.

Dr. Covington diagnosed me with Colitus in 2005. I did well on the meds (Asacol) for awhile and then eventually had financial difficulty and couldn't afford the medication. I felt good, until recently. The same colitus symptoms were back. I called his office and the receptionist said she would mail out the prescription. I did not receive one, nor did I receive a call telling me I needed to make an appt in order to receive a new prescription. A few weeks went by and I called back and spoke to someone else. She asked what milligrams I took and how often and said she would have Dr. Covington sign it and she would mail it.NO ONE in that office called me back to tell me I had to come in. They both said, OK, we will send it out in the mail!Instead of receiving the prescription, I received a letter from Dr. Covington stating the following:I am writing this letter to advise you that I wish to end our professional relationship. As of the above date, I can no long provide services to you as your doctor. I have been advised that you called the office recently to renew your prescription for Asacol. I cannot renew these prescriptions unless you have current blood work drawn and follow up in the office on a regular basis. You have been noncompliant in these matters we have not seen you in the office since 2005.First of all, his staff never said I had to come in, in order to receive the prescription, nor that blood work would be needed. Secondly, Dr. Covington never mentioned I needed to see him on a regular basis to receive care in the future from him.I did mention to the last receptionist, I am having financial difficulty and if I didnt have to cometo the office and pay the co-pay, it would be better for me. I wonder if this has anything to do with Dr. Covingtons decision? Or if he is hiding something? Truly unprofessional and odd, to say the least.Dr. Covington did me a favor, because he was extremely uncaring in two of my visits with him in 2005 and that is another reason I was trying to avoid going to his office!

Been seeing Dr. Covington for over 20 years. He is the best, very knowlegeable, excellent bedside manner, listens to what you have to say and very caring.
