Dr. Darren Lyle Bergey, MD

The last time I was going to him he was only wirking one day a week, kind of strange, later I found lawsuits against him, dint know if they suspended him or what. He lets his PA’s take over, Michelle and other guy. And he doesn’t have the best hospitals, I know, I’ve been to two horrible hospitals with him!!!

I too had complications with my surgery.Waiting time in office was3 hours on 1 visit!Horrible when your suffering in pain.I also was treated rudely on several occasions.I had my 1st surgery with other surgeon and the diifrence is night and day.Ive had 2 surgeries and have been left with more pain and complications than I started with.After surgery good luck getting ahold of him.I don't know how anyone could have a good experience after what I went through.Please research very carefully!

Staff has horrible curtesy... Make you wait more then 1.5 hrs with an appointment. Front desk is a guy with rude manner.

Best Surgeon, in every aspect. Character, precessionalim, care, compassion, kind, understanding, lazier focused.

I saw Dr. Bergey for a Worker's Comp injury. On my third visit, he was very rude to me, yelling at me, and telling me that most of my injury was pre-existing. Needless to say, I did not use him when it came time for surgery. I would not recommend him to anyone. He has a rude and arrogant demeanor. When a person is injured, and not feeling their best, they need a compassionate doctor to put their trust in. Not someone that is going to yell at them, and make them feel worse.

If even though I didn't need surgery. Dr Bergey hooked me up with proper meds & therapy to deal with my on going lower back pain. I'm sorry he was no longer available to me.

I had a major surgery with doctor Bergey and had a major complication. My artery was cut durning the operation. I received tons of blood and my wife was told to pray. I lived but still had severe pain. I saw another doctor who had to re do my surgery . I have improved since the pain is now tolerable compared to what i was left with docter Bergey.

Anyone that has good insurance they are willing to keep doing surgeries on you. If you are elderly, they play mind games with you. One thing leeds to another surgery. MONEY HUNGRY!!

It is so nice when you have had a Major surgery that you get the surgeon you started with visiting you and addressing your needs himself one n awhile. Not another doctor of a different practice.

Dr. Bergey made a small, simple matter of a triple-fusion in my spine. Amazing!

After a work related injury and seeing several doctors I consulted with Dr. Bergey. Best decision I ever made regarding my back issue. His staff and assistants are very personable and approachable and a pleasure to speak with, which.. as I know from experience is hard to come by. Dr.Bergey knows exactly what my back issues are and is/will offer his medical opinions to the insurance company to get the treatment I need.. and for that, my family and I are very fortunate and grateful. Dr. Bergey is the Best! He really cares about his patients. He takes the time to listen to give the right treatment for you. He is very caring and straight to the point.He knows what his is doing.

A savior, I've been to many doctor's and finally found one that helped me. Dr. Bergey provided an accurate diagnosis, has a great bedside manner and he's not afraid to answer a question. A doctor who hasn't forgotten why he became a doctor. Thank you

Dr. Bergey is an EXCELLENT Doctor!! I had Surgery 1 year and 7 months ago, and I feel Fabulous!! Right after surgery I had no pain at all. And till this day I feel like I have a new back. I recommmend him to many people with back problems. When I hear these people go to other surgeons after I've recommended Dr. Bergey to them and they still have their back problems, it pisses me off!! Because I know if they would have gone to Dr. Bergey, they'd be feeling Fabulous as I do. 3 weeks after surgery I was able to dance, and speed walk.I'm so Excited and very Happy with my results.Thank You Dr Bergey, Thank You so much.

Dr. Bergey is an excellent doctor. He was my spine surgeon when I was forced to go under the MSI program, AKA social security administration when my back finally made a stand not to be ignored anymore. This federal program was recomended by social security when I was appealing for disability back in 2007. He was the first and only one of two spine surgeons I have been able to see who was honest and gave an accurate diognosis to my spine. He was fighting the program for refusal of further surgery to my spine, before he was magically taken away due to him no longer being under contract with the program. The doctor did an awsome job of spinal fusion surgery on me and was willing to help out to put his name on my medical situation for federal disability and any other help I can get to get me back on my feet, through the federal program due to me physically no longer being able to do anything. I have had two visits with my current MSI doctor who admits my disability and need for more surgery but will not fill out forms for disability case. It has been over a year since I have seen Dr. Bergey and will be seeing him again for an honest doctor's diognosis not a social security worker's medical opinion. Sorry for the rant, just had to make clear of a talented, honest doctor that Dr. Bergey is.
