Super happy I got into this office with this team of professionals to help me with my healthcare needs.

Dr Killen has been my primary physician for over 10 years. He is caring and friendly, never judgmental. I never feel rushed and always feel as though I have his full attention during visits.

Through, informative, engaged, asks questions, takes time to answer questions, on time, efficient, knowledgeable. I don't know what else you could ask for!

Dr. Killen has a great bedside manner. He is great with patients from birth to adult. His staff members are professional and kind. I would completely recommend him!

I was looking for a dr. that I could feel comfortable with and who would be a no nonsense Dr., getting right to the issue and finding a solution. Over the past several years, that is just what I got. I have had some interesting health issues, and in every case, Dr. Killen was able to find a solution, sometimes with meds, sometimes by referring me on to a specialist. He is not afraid to do that, which I appreciate. He is very personable, relaxed, and makes me feel like I am the only patient he has. He gives the time needed. If you are looking for a Dr., Dr. Killen might be a good choice for you. He was for me.

Every visit is the same. Sign in, immediately taken back by the nurse for vitals, then to the exam room. She drops me off, the Doc immediately comes in. He is very thorough and pleasant.

Brookside Family Medicine has been my primary care home for over 10 years now, Dr. Killen is without a doubt one of the best GP Dr's in KC from a clinical stand point, but beyond that a general good human being.

It's easy to make an appointment, the staff is courteous, prompt, and professional, and respectful of each patients' time. Additionally, Dr. Killen takes the time to listen and provide appropriate guidance / feedback / diagnosis without rushing. Truly one of the best!

Dr. Killen is the best. I have never had a family doctor as personable, attentive, and knowledgeable as Dr. Killen.

I understand new patient appointments are hard to come by, but that's because Dr. Killen is AMAZING! Personable, professional and always available. I've never had to wait more than a day to see him (and that's during school physicals season!). I have referred countless friends to him - all of whom also rave about what an amazing doctor he is - and not just a doctor, a person. He truly listens and spends time with his patients! A lot of other doctors could learn a thing or two!

I really appreciate the responsiveness and fine care I receive from Dr. Killen and his staff. I had a medical issue, called the office about 9 in the morning and had an appointment that afternoon. After seeing Dr. Killen, he called in 2 prescriptions for me and I had them the same afternoon. Solved the problem and was better the next day.
