His staff is rude over worked . The doctor has more patients that he can handle. He was unprepared to answer questions about test results.

I don't live downtown but this location is very to access off of IH-35. There is plenty of parking and it is free! The facility is excellent and the staff is friendly, professional and efficient. There is very little wait time. Dr. Briseno, is also very professional and efficient. I appreciate that he takes the time to explain my circumstances, and gives me the time to ask questions. Most importantly I have a trust in his abilities. I have often recommended him to my friends and associates. .

Dr Briseno has been my doctor for almost 20 yrs. I refuse to see anyone else. I have change my Supplemental Ins. twice just to make sure he is on the list of my Supplement Ins.. He diagnosed the need for a Valve in my Aorta. He takes his time and answers all my questions. Even the ones I don't ask, he asks. His staff is very friendly an helpful. Thank You Dr. Briseno.
