I was very satisfied with my care.

My 13-yr-old son injured his shoulder in January. Dr. Buck has been amazing to work with to heal his injury. He advised us to take a conservative approach because of my sonâ??s age â?? he didnâ??t immediately jump in to expensive tests and surgery. Unfortunately, after exhausting all other options, he did have to surgically repair the labrum. The surgery was an amazing success. My son had very little pain after surgery. Now he has no pain at all and is back to playing like a 13-yr-old should. Through the whole process, Dr. Buck explained everything in terms my son could understand and treated him like a fellow athlete, while also discussing everything with my husband and me from a parentâ??s view. He treated us with respect and made us a part of the decision making process. The staff was amazing also â?? they helped us through insurance issues and once when the doctor was delayed in a surgery, they called us to move our appointment time so we did not have to spend time sitting around waiting at their office. Everyone was very prompt at returning calls and answering our many questions. We are very happy with our experience and would highly recommend Dr. Buck and all of his staff.

Every time I had an appointment he NEVER read the charts that had all my information on it. He tried to prescribe me antibiotics that I was allergic to THREE times!! All of those important pieces of info are in my chart that he never opened. I also had two surgeries done with him on the same issue and my hand is still not better. I got fed up and went to a hand specialist that knows what he's talking about!

The thing I liked the most about Dr. Buck was that he never gave up on my shoulder it took a while but now I have full range of motion back and I owe it all to him. Thank u so much because of him I can pick my kids up and play with them.
