Dr. Napoli was very kind and thoughtful concerning my wrist surgery! On the follow up visit, he offered a few suggestions to help the healing process.

Dr Napoli is one of those Doctors who will ask all the right questions and listens to his patients. I had a couple of friends refer me to him for which I am grateful. He listened to my issue and fixed me. I walk in with pain and leave with a clear treatment putting me on the path to healing. I travel from out of state to see him.

Dr. Napoli did an excellent job of repairing my broken wrist. I showed my niece, who is an orthopedic PA in another state, the before and after xrays and she said it was a bad fracture and a good repair!

I was very pleased with the visit.

My experience with this surgeon and practice was the absolute worst. If you have any type of emergency, I urge you to look elsewhere as I feel Dr. Napoli prefers a certain type of surgical patient. For instance maybe carpal tunnel is his gig and this patient type may have a completely different experience than my own. In my case, I received no information about my surgery other than a folder thrown at me during my 5 second consult. I waited for 9 days with a broken arm and no pain relief other than tylenol and motrin. My pcp, former orthopedic clients (I was a medical practice consultant), and even my parents' neighbor who is a hand surgeon looked at my xrays and were appalled that no pain relief was offered for an acute, painful injury such as mine while I waited for surgery. I've received no contact from the physician or staff except for a call requesting payment upfront. In fact my dog received better care/follow up for her leg injury. This practice's treatment of patients goes beyond 'poor bedside manner'; it is abysmal. As a former medical practice consultant, I urge their marketing team, Good Luck!

I was told by Dr Napoli that after his surgery, I would get the use of my hand within a year - WRONG- I had a small of Carpul tunnel before surgery- after his surgery, I am totally disabled after a year- he guaranteed my pain would go away and the total numbness of other times would go away- He is a liar- I have on my phone him offering to help me get disability because of the result of HIS surgery- admission from him of creating total disability--I have lost 2 jobs and cannot get another since I only have one hand that can hold anything since he messed up my hand ability to hold a steering wheel- cannot drive or use my left hand at all- I have 2 other professional doctors in North Carolina that have told me that the damage he created with my nerve is UNCURABLE and Dr Napoli told me himself that if he has surgery on me again, it probably would get worse- I have the admission on my phone as well from him- Also, there are large hard bumps on my left and and my hand is UGLY and I am not able too hold anyones hand- it is a deformity on my left hand that I did not have before-I used to do modeling and no one would like to look at my hand any more-- My family cannot help me pay my mortgage any more and I am most likely going to lose my home and cannot hold a job since I only have one hand at this time- The pain is incredible- have not slept through the night for a year- I am extremely sorry that I moved to NC a year ago to receive a permanent disability that dr Napoli has admitted on my phone offering to help me get disability from the government-He wants me to not come to his office again because he is afraid I will tell the waiting room how much damage he has created with this bogus surgery- I have 2 other orthopedic doctors that are incredible good so please choose them- Dr Napoli sent me to get the left hand nerve checked with one of his associates and the results were that my left hand is in much extreme worse condition than before his surgery- I just do not want anyone else to have this happen to them and I am in the process of getting a malpractice attorney because after him OFFERING help for disability-that is proof he knows he messed up my hand. he changes will not do this because he is afraid and is scared of being sued because he alone has given me this disability and his associate testing doctor has proven this with results that I have results- I have never in my life have a doctor hurt me and instead of helping my minor Carpul tunnel problem give me a permanent disability that will affect me for the rest of my life- someone has to type this for me because I used to type 85 words per minute but cannot type at all with my left hand - DO NOT GO to this doctor- you will be very sorry--
