Dr. David Warren Calton, MD

I called Beaumont Pain Management Clinic to get my knees injections and they only wanted to do one at a time and wanted me to see another doctor I said no I had already seen them. I called Dr. Calton and they were able to get me Wright in and injected both knees. Dr. Calton made sure that I had his personal cell number before I left to call if I had any issues. Frequent incorrect billing, bad advice on medication, little to no advice on medical conditions (just refers to specialist), main emphasis is medical payment not patient health care engagement. Previous experience as a patent lawyer which may explain negative behavior as an acting doctor.

My family has been treated by Dr Calton since 2009. They truly make appointments easy, and enjoyable. They are so pleasant and make me feel as if they are genuinely happy to see us.

Very conscious of my needs...takes the time and is caring...

Dr. Calton and Dr. Julie are both very compassionate doctors who really care about your well being.

He is an excellent doctor. He listens to you. Very compassionate and very caring. He will do what every is needed to help you achieve your ability to get better and stay better. I have always had an outstanding medical care. Would highly recommend him to all my family members and friends.

Dr. Calton came across as very caring and religious doctor. Julimis great! Dr. Calton is nice but I did not appreciate him swearing multiple times in my exam room while my five year old daughter was in there with me. Not to mention that he put down vitals of mine that he NEVER took that day, just decided to reuse my blood pressure from my last visit. After that visit I will NOT be going back to see Dr. Calton

I have been going to Dr. Calton for a few years now and have been impressed with his compassion and thoroughness. He doesn't hesitate to order appropriate tests and is a very knowledgeable doctor. I feel confident placing my health and my family's health in his capable hands.

Dr. Calton and Juli are the best! They are both very caring and big hearted people. They will take the time to sit and listen to you instead of rushing you out of the office. The staff are kind as well! I would totally recommend this office. You guys are GREAT!!!!

Dr.Calton is the most compassionate and caring doctor I have ever had in my entire life. He listens, gives me the time I need, and is truly geniune. These traits are hard to find in doctors these days, so I truly feel blessed to be his patient. He also has the most accommodating office hours and is willing to communicate with his patients any time of the day. If you ever read this Dr. Calton, I love you and recommend you to everyone!!!

What I love about Dr. Calton is that he provides me what I want as a patient. If I think I need a specialist he will refer me. He is a smart man but realizes he doesn't know all the answers and that 2nd opinions are good. He is a hard working doctor and the assistants in his office are very pleasant to work with too. I really like him and would recommend him highly.

Did not have a good experience as a patient for a few years. Found him to be distracted and forgetful due to being overbooked. Called in the wrong prescriptions for me 3 times. High stress level obvious with the office staff and assistants.

Dr.Calton and staff don't rush you through. They take time to answer your questions to your full understanding. They call to make sure you followed through with referrals. And Dr. Calton is willing to include your input into any treatment plan. I haven't felt this comfortable with a primary care doctor in 25 years.
