Dr. David Nicholas Csikai, MD

Please be of caution if you use this doctor for breast augmentation. After my implants were placed 4 years ago, Saline Mentor smooth round I had a horrific neurological reaction to the implants which the doctor had no knowledge of. He was unaware of breast implant illness nor did he recognize my symptoms even after I complained and let him know exactly what was happening to me. It was Just as if he just wanted to do his job and get out of there. Three days after implants I started suffering from breast implant illness and neither Dr. Csikai nor the office staff had any idea what I was going through and completely dismissed my symptoms instead of Proper protocol which was to take my claim seriously and report it to the FDA and especially to mentor. Over the years my symptoms went up and down but never went away. He refused to believe me that it could be the implants causing my Neurological symptoms. After four years I finally found a group of over 100k women Who were experiencing the same symptoms and I Explanted. Almost all of my neurological symptoms have vanished and my physical symptoms are completely gone and I am starting to feel like myself again. I have the bloodwork and paperwork to prove that the implants were affecting my health and my neurotransmitters. Both the doctor and his staff should not dismiss patients and their issues.

The results exceeded my expectation! The staff were very kind and knowledge. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

After researching the surgeons in the area, I arrived at Dr.Csikai's office with a huge challenge. To remove and replace 40 year old calcified encapsulated silicone implants. They were causing me constant discomfort. He accepted the challenge and we did the surgery Jan. 8th. He did show me pics of what they found during surgery and even I was amazed, as they were. He took extreme care, corrected the problem areas, and replaced the implants. It is now a week later, I had little discomfort after, didn't really need the pain meds much, and today I am feeling great. His staff are super great (Lori is an angel) the anesthesiologist was awesome and his nurses were as well. We talk at length about how I can avoid ever having this problem again, and I intend to do as he directs. I trust him and his staff completely.

I'm so glad I went with Csikai as my PS. From my consultation all the way up to my surgery today has been a great experience. He actually takes his time when he speaks with you. Doesn't rush through your consultation and is so friendly. ALL of his staff is amazing, friendly and make you feel right at home. I would highly recommend him! His work is awesome. I know I just got my new breasts but already in love with them. Look at his before and after photos compared to other surgeons in the area. It's obvious he is GOOD!

I chose first coast plastic surgery because it was the one place I found that made me feel comfortable from the first phone call! The office staff is great. Dr. Csikai took his time talking to me. He answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. Also, I was able to make payments towards my surgery up to pre-op date and schedule my appt for Nov. in June! Other offices would only schedule appts 6 weeks out. Because my husband is in the military, I had to work around his schedule. Therefore, being able to plan this out was wonderful!

Dr. Csikai and his staff were all so wonderful exceeded my expectations. they were all so very nice and informed u on everything and answered all your questions. He even called me to make sure i was doing ok after my surgery and has answered all my questions. i would recommend this Dr. to anyone and everyone.

I met last week with Dr. Csikai and his surgical coordinator Lori. I fell in love! Everyone in this office is so excited to be at work. Everyone is so kind and caring and it is a wonderful and comforting feeling!

Great PS he explained the whole procedure step by step what he does and how it is done. Showed me pictures of procedures he had performed and all looked amazing. He answered all the questions I had which wasn't many because I had did so much research on the procedure before I saw him. The staff team is amazing so nice and called for reminders. Wait times where only off by 10 minutes or so which is normal. I know people have questions and it's to be expected.

After years of contemplating plastic surgery, I decided to have a consultation with Dr. C (who was in fact recommended to me) His expertise, mannerism, and staff made me feel very confident of the decision I made. I enjoy every appointment that I have there, and always look forward to seeing their smiles. The surgery was flawless, and I love his work. This office comes with the highest recommendation from me!

This is the VERY best Dr. in the WORLD!! 6 procedures and another on the way his work is amazing, would highly recommend him to anyone and the office staff makes you feel at home. I would NEVER go anywhere else !! Love you guys!!

Breast lift, tummy tuck, lipo 3 times, lip implants, and in one week new breast implants (swapping for silicone) wouldn't ask for a better staff and dr....he is amazing thank you so much First Coast Plastic Surgery in Jacksonville...Dr C...lori...and janet you guys are like family.

Dr Csikai is amazing and gave me results way beyond my expectation. He performed a "mommy makeover" in May of 2012 and I am so happy with the results. Prior to the surgery he met with me frequently to go over all my options. He spent the time to really understand what I wanted to achieve and did he felt was best for me. Any concerns he quickly addressed and Lori and Janet are so helpful and pleasent. After the surgery Dr Csikai gave us the ability to reach him if we had any questions and quickly responded to them. My breast look great, my tummy tuck looks very natural and not "boxy" in shape.

Long story short, had several breast reduction/lift surgerys by another highly recognized doctor, he just couldnt get it right. Dr. Csikai performed one exam, explained what actually should have and needed to be done. I had him perform the surgery, it was awsome. I know that sounds strange but i've really been through it with the previous doctor. I am very pleased I finally got what I wanted all along! I am now considering having some other work done on some other areas of concern because of his obvious talent. Dont get fooled by discounted prices. you really do get what you pay for.

The staff is very polite and courteous, which made my surgery experience that much better.Dr. Csikai was very thorough, professional, and answered all of my questions. Even have me a follow up call the night after my surgery. He really cares about your wants/needs and genuinely wants you to be happy with your results.I will go back to his office for all my future surgery/cosmetic needs.

I used Dr. Csakai for tummy tuck and Lipo..I have been so happy with the results that I have told everyone I know about it! Dr. Csakai and his staff are the friendliest physician's office I have ever been to. They are ready to listen, answer any questions and make your experience as pleasant as possible! Dr. Csakai even calls you at home to check on you!!! I would recommend him to anyone considering Plastic surgery. If I decide to have anything else done, I will certainly use Dr. Csakai.

Not only was doctor csikai really nice, so was his staff! had my breasts enlarged and they look and feel great! i'm so happy with everthing they did for me!
