Dr. David Gabbaizadeh, MD

Very unprofessional for a doctor and a practice. I got a phone call from his office, less then 2 hours before my scheduled Colonoscopy procedure, he cancelled on me, with no valid reason. I had been fasting and cleansing for the past 24 hours, had my husband take off work to get me to and from the procedure.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I would caution any person going to see this doctor for poor bedside manner and dangerous practices. I’m still in pain from my visit after what he did… Any member of the LGBTQIA+ community please stay away from this discriminatory Dr. -Spends no time with patients (my appointment was maybe 5 minutes total Dr time) -discrimination against LGBTQIA+ (clearly dislikes gay men) -painfully administered practices with tools (will stab like poke you with tools until he gets what he needs) -if you have additional questions, he’ll ask you to make another appointment so he can make more money. Despicable and shameful.

Don't go to him, horrible Dr, no manners, no empathy, does not listen. On my first visit I waited a half an hour after I saw the nurse. He told me about the test I have to take, besides that he didn't let me finish explaining everything that was going on with me. I felt uncomfortable that he didn’t care to know all my symptoms. After having the colonoscopy he couldn't find the problem that I still have yet he says nothing is wrong. I am having complications after the colonoscopy. He wouldn't answer my questions. He said to stop emailing him and if I have an emergency to go to the hospital.

Saw him 5-6 yrs, last two yrs he wanted me to have endoscopy & colonoscopy yearly citing I have Barrett's esophagus & dangerous polyp. Also cited candidiasishe claims from my using steroid nasal spray, I told him was used only 3 days. My ENT, Allergist & PCP said there is no way candidiasis could be from nasal spray. I researched and found a new GI Specialist, credentialed from Duke, Cornell & Sloan. Had both procedures by him...concluded no Barrett's, no polyps and no candidiasis. See me again in five years. I have silent reflux. Avoiding caffeine & tomato sauce has lessened my severe nasal drip. I'm furious Dr. G put me through so much testing, inaccurate diagnosis and ignored my constant request as to why I have this nasal drip.

If you are looking for a Dr that is a weasel this is the guy for you. He is totally unprofessional which is the nicest thing I can say about him. His Bedside manner is non existent,, he scurries out like a rat, very abrupt-wlll not make eye contact with the patient or speak to the patient. Goes beyond uncaring, He might be the very worst doctor I have ever seen in my life. Keep looking for another gastroenterologist before you think of seeing this guy.. Do not waste your time or health seeing this creep.

Was thrilled to get an appointment with the gastro the same day I called, and now I know why they had such a fast opening. I was scheduled to see the gastro at 4:30pm and of course was told to arrive 15 to 20 minutes early...Got there 10 after and signed in, no one acknowledged that I was even there... They gave me zero papers to fill out and I am sitting there waiting like a douch bag watching everyone go in that came in after me, as I also watch employees leaving. I stood up to get reception on my cell phone and the last 2 women at the counter looked at each other and me in bewilderment... I mean the look on their faces was priceless... I told them i dont know whats going on but I waited over an hour and im getting fkn annoyed... she felt stupid when she finally after an hour decided to look at the scheduling instead of having a social conversation with her co-workers instead of doing their actual jobs. Now I know why they had such fast scheduling because of the lack of disciplined employees that cover the front reception area. I walked out because I was ready to snap! save yourself the bull and go someplace else.

Did not help me at all with any of my problems! Would not even tell me what was wrong over the phone! Waste of time!

Dr gabbaizadeh first saw me when I was in a very bad flare up of ulcerative colitis. He changed my medications and made me better. He is a very experienced doctor who cares about his patients as well. His office staff is excellent.

Dr. Gabbaizadeh is both knowledgable and caring. He is concerned with my well being. This past friday he called me on my cell phone to see how I am doing. I was wowed. He has taken a pro active positionwith my health and I appreciate that. I have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes and his staff know my name.

Too often I feel like you have to choose between incredibly smart Dr's who have no time because they are so busy, or lesser Dr's with better bedside manner, who aren't up to speed on the latest strategies to treat your illness. Dr. Gabbaizadeh is as smart as they come, always has time for me, and has the best bedside manner of any Dr. I've ever had. I've had Crohn's disease for 20 years and have worked with a number of GIs - but Dr. Gabbiazadeh is the best Dr. I've ever had. My Crohn's is now in remission, but when anything happens that I'm concerned about, I can always get in touch with him within a couple hours. Through the good times and the emotional times, Dr. Gabbiazadeh has always been there for me. I give him my highest recommendation.

Dr G had great bedside manner and worked through the problems that my grandmother was having to find the best course of healing for her. Highly recommend Dr Gabbaizadeh. He is knowledgeable and caring.

Dr Gabbaizadeh took the time to examine me and asked questions to help diagnose me. I didn’t feel rushed in and out of the office. He thoroughly explained my diagnosis to me and gave me a treatment plan which helped me tremendously. His office was clean and punctual. I highly recommend him!

I have been having problems for sometime now and Dr. Gabbaizadeh was the third gastro I had to see. After asking me many questions and examining me he put me on a medication that is actually working. I can't put into words how it feels to finally feel have a doctor I completely trust.

Have recently undergone a procedure with the DR. All I can say is Truly cares, spent time with me answering all my questions and concerns, even followed up with a call just to see how I was feeling. Very grateful thank you doctor!

I had been to numerous GI's prior to Dr. Gabbaizadeh who had trouble diagnosing my condition. Not only was he able to identify my ailment, but he provided a course of treatment that helped increase my quality of life. He gave me a thorough explanation of my disease, as well as medications and lifestyle changes. Dr. Gabbaizadeh's differentiatior is that he truly cares about his patients- his bedside manner is outstanding.

The experience I've had at Dr. Gabbaizadeh's office was very pleasant. I was able to make an appointment on fairly short notice, the office was clean and professional and they accepted my insurance. The staff was pleasant and the wait time in the waiting room was short. What was actually most important to me was that Dr. Gabbaizadeh makes sure you are comfortable and that all of your questions are answered clearly. I would highly recommend Dr. Gabbaizadeh!

I have been with him for 10 years, since the diagnosis of a very difficult medical problem. He has been caring, patient & always on the money with me.
