Dr. Wylie did a total reverse shoulder replacement on me four days ago. Today I feel great, all pain and my shoulder is pretty much gone, with the exception of a little tiny bit of pain after I do my physical therapy exercises. Dr. Wiley was very clear ain explaining everything to me as far as what the procedure was and why he was doing it. He answered all my questions and all staff at Middle Georgia orthopedics was also great. I will definitely use Dr. Wiley again in the future, if the need arises.

Dr Wiley is soft spoken and very kind. He did my surgery for an ankle break called trimalleolar fracture. Great surgeon.

Dr. David was extremely thorough and made sure when he examined my right wrist he did it with caution so the pain was not too intense. When I entered my appointment I couldn’t lift my hand at all . When I left I had been X-Rayed, given a dot and fitted with a brace. In other words; I was feeling a lot better. In a week after my visit, I was out of my brace and back to my daily routine. I thank my Dr. David Wiley, his assistants, and everyone who helped in my continued healing and restoration.

Dr. Wiley is very attentive. He picked up on some of my symptoms and sent me to a neurosurgeon right away. He's very kind and explains things well. I am very thankful for finding him and his staff.

Dr. Wiley and the staff at Middle Ga Orthopedics were extremely kind, compassionate, and worked me in without an appointment when another practice refused to see me. Dr. Wiley provided a very thorough explanation of my imaging study results and outlined a plan for correcting those. He was very informative and I appreciated his kindness very much. Would highly recommend.

I was told by a different orthopedic surgeon. That he would not do surgery on my shoulder until I lost weight. No matter how much pain I was in. I came in to see Dr. David Wiley and explained my situation. After he looked at my X-ray. He told me he could take care of me and he has. I had the surgery and I am doing so much better. Thank you Dr. Wiley for truly listening and caring enough to help.

Dr. Dave met me in the exam room, introduced himself, asked me about my symptoms and how I injured my wrist. He examined my wrist and went through several maneuvers to specify the problem. I had an MRI done and discovered I had a small tear in my ligament of my wrist. He said surgery wasn't necessary but to wear a splint and do some strengthening exercises. My overall experience was very good. I would recommend Dr. David Wiley to anyone who needed diagnosis and treatment of orthopaedic care.

Poor patient interaction. Goes strickly by the "Book" even though patients have different combined illnesses! Thus require greater attention to detail which he sorely lacks. It was his lack of concern for aseptic techniques which required that my wounds from the surgery becoming and thus caused my entire circulation system to become infected. This resulted in antibiotic treatment for over 8 months.This caused inflammation of my total circulation system - resulting in 4 bypasses and 2 stents.
