Appreciate Dr Kennedy and his office staff. Perfect

I approached the facility as a new patient and was told it would take 4 weeks for them to be able to see me. When expressing concern over a condition I had was told to go to an ER instead. I asked about cancellations instead and was denied. Then 2 days prior to appt. Was rescheduled for 2 weeks later. I'm very disapointed with the timeliness of this facility and how they seemed to show no concern over my well being. I am looking elsewhere and will not give them any business... I want a place that has the wellbeing of the patient first and foremost.

Dr. Kennedy was my doctor as a child but stopped going to him as he was located a bit too far. As an adult when I was looking to switch doctors & found out that he was now in Austintown I was beyond excited to become a patient again. However, I believe thru the years Dr. Kennedy has changed, he wasn't quite the same compassionate doctor that I remembered, he was quick to just right a script & not really spend any time looking in to matters so I unfortunately had to leave him.
