good visit

Dr. Oberlander is a very good doctor. He is very kind and thoughtful and cares about his patients well being.

He is kind but doesn't seem very knowledgeable. Wait time is long.

If I could give this office no stars I would. My husband has EPILEPSY and has been in and out of the hospital the past 2 months. He had an appointment this afternoon and I had my husband's mother take my husband up there and I was to meet them there from work. Once I get there they have my husband in a room and I inform the front office that my husband is expecting me and that I have important medical info to discuss with him. The front office lady Hannah informs me that she will not let me back there and that she would ask the Dr. Well I approach her again bc my husband can not remember things bc of the brain surgery he has had and that I need to let the Dr know ab his new meds and test that have been ran. She then tells me that she still will not let me back and that I will have to wait to see the dr. Well I sit there for an hr and wait. My husband comes out and i ask him if the Dr told him that I can not be back there. And he said that he told the Dr that I was out there and that I needed to be back there and he said that it was fine if i came back but Hannah refused to let me back there. I also called his Primary Dr and asked them if that was ethical due to my husband's medical issues and memory loss plus due to the fact that he requested me back there and they said most certainly not. The Dr is amazing but his staff is horrible.

i was sent to him for SSD he was very profesional , and concerned , even though he was working for the gov , in my situation , i am making him my neurology Doctor , he really has my health as his main concern

Dr. Oberlander is genuinely concerned about his patients. He always answers all questions I have and I trust his judgment completely.

Dr. Oberlander is a great physician. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. Great experience!

Saw Dr. Oberlander last week. It was my first visit. My Oncologist from Little Rock recommended him. Compassionate and smart, love him.

Nasty office, outside very unpleasant, restroom disgusting, rude office staff

I could not get an appointment with Dr O even though I had been referred to him. His receptionist kept telling me that what I had did not "sound" like what they treated. Wonder how many potential patients can't get past this person? Maybe the doctor doesn't want new patients.

Does not take the time to listen to patients he has only spent less than 4 min the last several times I have seen him and acts like he can only deal with one issue at a time

Not sure how anybody gets an appointment with him, since his staff will keep you on hold for 20 minutes

It took me forever to get my daughter in to see him. Then when I finally did his office staff was not very friendly. When I called the next day to find out when my daughters EEG was going to be they put me on hold. They did not ask if I minded being put on hold they just said "hold please" then I sat on hold for 5 minutes and then I hung up and called back. I had to dial their number 4 times b/c each time the answering machine kept answering. when they finally answered again she did the same thing. Put me on hold again. I just put my phone on speaker and sat and waited for another 5 minutes. They still had not called to try and set the EEG up. I have worked for doctors offices before. One, when I answer the phone I saw the offices name and ask " do you mind holding if it is needed" then I go back to them to let them know I have not forgotten about them. I also found out when we were at the appointment that they changed their hours for Fridays and did not notify any of their patients. I need a job sure wish he would give me a job working in his office. His patients wouldn't be treated the way I have been. The doctor is very nice and my daughter really liked him.

He is a very caring doctor. He seems to feel the pain I am experiencing

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Oberlander to ANYONE!!! He is without a doubt the most knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring doctor I've EVER had the priviledge of having care for my health issues.

I'VE BEEN A PATIENT FOR SEVERAL YEARS. DOCTOR OBERLANDER HAS ALWAYS PROVIDED ME AND MEMBERS OF MY FAMILY WITH AN EXCELLENT CARE. THANK GOD FOR THIS DOCTOR. I WISH MANY MORE WOULS BE LIKE HIM.

GREAT DOCTOR, LISTENS, DOESN'T RUSH, SPENDS A GREAT DEAL OF TIME WITH PATIENTS. THE FIRST DOCTOR TO TALK TO ME ABOUT MY DIET, HE EVEN SHOWED ME SOME EXERCISES TO EASE MY PAIN. HE CARES ABOUT HIS PATIENTS, VERY KIND. WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS A NEUROLOGIST
