Rushed through the appointment, became irritated because I was asking questions

I was a patient at the scar clinic directed by Dr Ozag and the attending physician was Chauncey McHargue. I was left in room for over 30 minutes. I assumed they may have forgotten. I opened the the to see Dr Ozag and Mchargue talking, and Mchargue screamed that they were with a patient. I was shocked. I have never felt more disrespected and humiliated in my life. However, the worst was to come. Mchargue intentionally incorrectly injected my scars further damaging my scars.

Dr damaged my skin with fraxel restore laser and blamed it on me. Didn't offer anything for his mistake. Was treated terribly. The only person who was nice there was the nurse.

Dr. Ozog has been my dermatologist for the past 5 years, as needed. He is knowledgeable, capable, caring, personable, and professional. He never seems rushed and take whatever time is needed to perform the applications. I have a lot of confidence in his ability to treat my dermatology problems.

Dr. Ozog is probably one of the best doctors I've ever had. He is great with children and adults. The only down side is that it's tough to make an appointment with him, but worth the wait. I highly recommend this doctor!
