Don't bother to be on time for your appointment,as you will be waiting for at least an hour before called in to see the assistant ,before "God" makes an appearance. As a patient we are not that close so as to be abused in this way by a doctor

I waited for one hour past my appointment time and left. I’ll find a doctor who has time to see me.

I was Doctor Wilkinson's patient for several years. During that time he impressed me with his professional expertise and his technical skills. His communication skills are exceptional. He is knowledgeable, skillful, and compassionate. I moved to another state and the “best” doctor I found in my new location falls unspeakably short of the standard set by Dr. Wilkinson. I would like to return to Naples/Bonita just to see Dr. Wilkinson. It would be worth the 800 mile commute.

Knowledgeable, great bedside manner and seems to know his "stuff"

For my first appointment with Dr. Wilkinson, they were running about 30 minutes behind. This was the week after power, etc. cam back after Hurricane Irma. My appointment was at the end of the day and I chalked it up to squeezing people in who missed appointments during the hurricane. Dr. Wilkinson spent time with me asking questions, and recommending some things that my previous urologist never shared. I go back in 2 weeks for lab work and then a week later for the results. I also appreciate that I can get the lab work done at their office.

I've been a patient of Dr. Wilkinson for the past 6 years and have found him to be a very dedicated, professional, and caring physician. I have always had a good interaction with Dr. Wilkinson, he is honest, straightforward, and positive in his comments about your situation. I've had the chance to interact with many physicians over the years and find Dr. Wilkerson to be a the 'top' of my list. I trust him to give me the best care possible and am thankful that he is here to take care of me.

Never going back. In fact, between the horrible lack of coordination, lack of office & Doctor professionalism, and the repeated attempts to get paid for services that were never performed, and Doctors visits I had never had, I have been reticent to even seek another urologist. I felt OK about Dr. Wilkinson himself, briefly, but, the more I went there, the less I wanted him to be my Doctor.

He refuses to send records out, files false claims, procedures that were not to be done, he is the most unprofessional doctor I've ever met.

Dr. Wilkinson is on top of his game. He's energetic and enthusiastic about his practice. He's professional, quick, and informative. He really listens to what you have to say and doesn't take short cuts when explaining a concept. However, his staff is awful. They do not return phone calls, are not polite on the phone, and do not take the time to listen to your concerns. They billed me incorrectly against my insurance, and when I called to have this issue resolved they refused to deal with it and in the end, after several lengthly phone calls and over a month of waiting time, my insurance company had to step in to get my refund. Great Doctor, but the staff needs replacing.

His staff is very ridiculous.They do not know how to behave with the patients. Their Behaviour was very unappropriate at all times.They do not call with any answer and do not have any courtesy to reply back for 2 weeks..They even lost my results from the lab and do not even have courtesy to say sorry.I would not recommend the office,,docter is nice but managment is very poor...

Dr. Wilkinson is a welcome change to prior docs in this practice. He is out-going, always has a smile, and seems genuinely interested in what you have to say. He is open to new ideas and treatments. My husband has been a patient of this practice for several years, and I have been for 2 years now.We both like him tremendously and have recommended him to several of our friends. Only drawback is that he is in the Bonita office just 2 days a week--so don't get sick on an off day, unless you want to drive to Naples!(This seems to be a common practice with large firms)
