I agree with the first review. I am lucky I didn't end up like their dad. This doctor might be the worst I have ever seen. He honestly believes he knows everything which is why he prescribed me medication which I told him I was allergic too. After an Allergic reaction of vomiting and diarrhea he still insisted on the staff to administer it to me at Parkway. Sick and weak I had to continue to refuse as this would be the death of me. Their staff at Parkway was not rude, But Doctor David Rothwell didn't go out of his way to make me feel better. . I have to wait too long to see him and would like the squeeze some sense into his fat head. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. He is completely inadequate medicare should request all payments back. I'm trying to see a different doctor to get my questions answered. I'm questioning how much experience this provider really has as he seems totally incompetent. He seemed sure of himself (full of himself) I don't believe he knows what he is doing. If he were a vet I would't take a stray cat to him.

This guy is a joke. He was my dad's doctor at Belvue Rehab. My dad died Jan 31, 2014. The family is still waiting on a death certificate on 3-26-14. They will not answer the phone at their office.
