WAS A VERY KIND DOCTOR A LITTLE RUSHED BUT WHAT DOCTOR ISN'T

I have found Dr Shell cross to be an excellent Doctor. As in any chronic pain situation, it takes a while to get your medication regimen just right. I am so sad that he is retiring. I will miss him and hope that his replacement will equal him. I don't want to leave his office. I hope to fine a Doctor at his former facility who will continue his same great service. Dr. Shell cross enjoy your retirement.

He is a Hyper Fake Nut that Says yes yes yes when you speak friend to Insurance Co do not go there!!!

terrible visit, physician has no interest in me. Just pushing numbers.

I felt belittled by him. He was very arrogant and condescending.

He has a terrible bedside manner. Does not make you feel at ease at all. His PA Theresa Little is much better then he is.

This guy needs his license revoked. He cares more about running, pushing pain pills and getting you back out the door rather than actually listening to genuine concerns. I have seen him for more than two years because workmans comp said I had to. Dr. Shallcross does not listen to patients, he is only there for the compensation and to get you out as quickly as possible. He's all about masking the pain rather than finding the source. His staff only knows how to weigh you, ask a pain level, and hand out prescriptions. God help them if they hired true medical professionals! Dr. Shallcross is a joke to the medical field and needs to stay in the back hall with his precious kettle bells! The office is nasty and wreaks of cigarette smoke, and most patients in the waiting room appear to be strung out on meds.

I have been to 2 other pain management doctors who really sucked !! Went to Dr.Shallcross and he examined me thoroughly.Im very happy with every aspect of his nurses and himself.

I have been seeing this doctor for a few yrs. now and was fairly satisfied. He understood my conditions are permanent and will only worsen. He would be sure I understood the things I can never do because they would worsen my condition. He also acknowledged I was doing all I could to stay active & in the best condition that was possible with my diagnosis. All until recently. The last several times I have seen him, I thought he had me confused with another pt. He told me to do activity that he(previously), 2 other doctors, & all the medical info say never to do because of causing further damage. He made assumptions about my activity level and amt. of meds taken and never asked me about either of these-needless to say, the assumptions were wrong. I am not a generic pt. & being treated as such could cause great harm to my health.

he's an ego maniac with 1 degree and 100 expert opinions who is willing to sell out my health to workers comp ease of appt quick {money} accurate diag more pills .spends time -he runs around my wheelchair and throws down my scripts and he gone throws out knee jerk diagnosis to stroke his own ego i would leave him but he fits workers comps financial cheapness if you want meds go if you want help for gods sake stay away

The staff are very rude, and overheard one saying these people get my nerves keep calling. The only rep is nice is the dark hair lady on end . They are always talking about a balance u owe, but u pay every time u go. I don't understand that. I asked them to fill out FMLA papers for my job, so i wouldn't loose my job..they said no. Really, all they care about is getting your money. Very rude and is not a Dr,patient care place!! And his assistants look at you crazy, and are very nonchalant.

ALERT!! To anyone cosidering goin to this Dr. or place for any reason, don't waste your time!! Do your research!! FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR!! There is not enough space here to tell you what a bad experience you will have. Adding on to the last review written - Not only are the patients in the waiting room drugged up but so are the staff. There is some problems that may need to be looked into concerning this place..sincerely!

He does no managing of patients pain meds. He very seldom sees patients the NP hands the patients the scripts.

This doctor does not spend any time with his patients. The patients he has heavily drugged up. His assistant walks in and writes scripts, hands them over and the patient is on their way.
