Dr. David Scott Ureckis, MD

This Dr. Is now in Van Buren and I want to make some comments. First of all I have been battling pain of unknown origin for 2 years and I have been misdiagnosed several times but not by this Dr. So I have went to several specialists (sent by my PCP) and we are starting to narrow down where the pain is coming from. I have even went to St. Louis to do a procedure to narrow it down some more. Last week after I got back from St. Louis my pain in my chest and body was so bad I went to the ER to get some relief and at that point I didn't really care how they handled it there. I was thinking that they could pull out whatever was hurting me. That's how bad the pain gets sometimes. This Dr. So much accused me of pill shopping which I never really heard of that expression. He embarrassed me so bad that all I could do is cry for a few days. I just want him to realize that all the patients that come in there are actually there to receive help. Regardless of why I was there he should treat every patient with respect and dignity. So Dr. Ureckis if you ever read this you are more than welcome to push aside as what I felt when you seen me at the ER and tell me that's crazy but you and I both know that's that what happened. I will never trust another ER Dr. again.

this doctor is one of the best there is. he is a very caring doctor. has great bedside manners. would recommend him to anyone. he honestly cares about his patients. i am so sorry he isnt with us at mena hospital anymore. cant say enough good things about him, never turns anyone away when in pain he has treated me for many years for migraines when i wake up with one. wish he would come back to mena full time.
