Poor bedside manner. I have never met a doctor that sighs and moans so many times during a visit as he gave his prognosis. Very unprofessional behavior. Only focused on worst case scenario. Was unable to help and we left the office without any referrals or suggestions on the next step.

I injured my knee while hiking on a Sunday so I just showed up at OrthoArkansas on Monday morning and was assigned to Dr. Wassell. I ended up needing a full ACL replacement which he did. I appreciated his helpful and thorough explanations as he presented my options and guided me in my choices. After the surgery, I appreciate how he listened carefully to help me reach the level of healing and activity I desired. I was lucky to end of with Dr. Wassell as my surgeon and would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Wassell performed my shoulder repair surgery after I had a tripping/falling accident in Washington DC. Which resulted in me having a acromioclavicular separation Type III. Dr.. Wassell is courteous, attentive and very competent. He explained what he was going to do even though I didn't want to hear I just wanted to be fixed! I had my Post-OP (little over two weeks later) and he explained exactly how he repaired my injury. I am now waitinting for my next visit and doing my prescribe exercises. Very good docotr and I am pleased with his care.

told pulled muscle, no exam or xrays given until demanded MRI, not aware he ordered MRI and could not read MRI for spine ordered bone scan for nonexistant cancer---totally incompetent for spine
