I met Dr. Kurbegov at an LLS meeting after being diagnosed with chronic myelogenous leukemia. He became my oncology hematologist. With Dr. Kurbegov administering the wonder drug, Gleevec, I was in complete remission in a year. That was in 2002. He told me I would not die of leukemia. So far, so good. I was sorry to see him leave for Colorado, but I'm happy that he has been able to continue to help his patients. I remember Dr. Kurbegov well & thank him for being my doctor!

I have had four top tier specialists in Denver for the past three years treating heart and lung disorders. Recently Dr. Kurbegov began treating me for CML (leukemia) and I am confident that he is at the same level of competence, professionalism and care as my other specialist. I'm 100% satisfied with care of Dax and his staff.

Dr. Dax makes you feel like you're the only patient he has to care for. He's very compassionate and understanding. Takes his time with you, gives you all the options available and let's you make the decision on your care. He's outstanding!
