Dr. Deborah Ann Berberich, PhD

Dr. Berberich is well educated and experienced in her field. She also comes across ac actually caring about patients as individuals and truly wants to help. Parents and young adults look no further if you seriously want to help your child, teen or you yourself need help as a young adult. Mental illness and addiction take time to overcome and heal the pain and Dr. Berberich will be there for you if you let her. Parent of a patient

Dr Berberich helped me work through some very painful things that my last therapist couldn't understand. She is patient and understanding.

I had been seeing Dr. Berberich for about a month and a half when it was decided that I should be taking the MMPI test. I was all for this and she wanted me to come in 30 minutes earlier than my appointment to do so. As per request, I did, and yet no one in the office was informed. So I waited around and when my appointment came she told me she simply forgot. During the session, she said we would do it the following week and to come in early again. So, as per request I did. Of course, I found no one in the office, I even waited a few minutes before deciding that my time was precious as well and left. I spoke to the front desk and informed them that I no longer felt like Dr. Berberich was someone I felt comfortable trusting as a counselor and canceled the appointment that day along with any further business. A week later I receive a bill for a missed appointment DESPITE MY CANCELATION AND DESPITE HER ADMITTANCE OF FAULT. Overall, I feel Dr. Berberich is not organized, doesn't handle situations professionally, and cares more about money than her patients. It was very disappointing because at the beginning, she seemed like a very sweet lady. You live and you learn.
