Dr. Boyd has taken excellent care of my mother on several occasions

I had a cyst for the 2nd time in the same place! Dr. Boyd was accurate in her diagnosis and answered lots of questions. She was brief but detailed. She did seemed hurried, but as I kept asking questions, she stayed to answer. Often what is major to us, is normal and routine to Dr's. I belive patients have to take control of their care. I did and she responded. Her nurse was amazing. Kind and gentle. I was very nervous. The staff was great. The follow up was just with the nurse, but that was ok by me. She took the time to answer more questions. I had trouble with my stitches about 2 weeks later, and again both Dr. Boyd and the nurse were great. Thanks to all!

On first visit to Dr. Boyd's office after surgery, she didn't even look at the wound. Felt like the visit was just for the co-pay, very disconcerting.
